Overall I recommend this sound bar if you are looking for something that has decent sound and great bass with the subwoofer and also caught this while it was on sale so another quick come up.

It was well worth it, easy set up and great sound, bass really booms when listening to music. Thought I was having a problem at first but simply unplugging the tv to reboot done the trick. Great buy!!

I assume this soundbar will fall back to this price on occasion. Okay, with that said. I purchased this soundbar for my new LG C2 OLED. I wasnt looking to break the bank with a top-of-the-line soundbar, as I already have a Sony HT-A5000 for that. With that said, all i was hoping for was a bar that had good mids and crisp audio without having to jack the volume. This little sucker does that and then some. It gets loud, and the subwoofer is much better than i anticipated. Is it as good as soundbars twice its price? No. But for its price, i cant imagine theres anything out there that could be much better. Its a good budget or starter soundbar.

Older Samsung TV (~12 yrs old) for a few days whoile awaiting on my new Samsung TV to be delivered. I hooked it up with the included fiber optic audio cable, and it sounded amazing. When my new TV arrived a few days later and we got it set up, we tried to connect it via Bluetooth--no sound whatsoever. Incredibly aggravating. I bought a new HDMI cable for it and plugged it into the back of the TV--nothing. I have not tried hooking it up to a different HDMI port yet (I had a shoulder replacement and can't move the TV right now to get to the ports), but as of right now, it's just collecting dust on my TV stand. Pretty infuriating a Samsung soundbar will not work with a new model Samsung TV (new TV does not have the fiber optic).

We appreciate you taking a moment to review the Samsung HW-B650 Soundbar.
If you are connecting wirelessly via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1) Press the PAIR button on the remote to enter BT PAIRING mode
a. or press the SOURCE button on the top panel and then select BT. “BT” changes to “BT PAIRING” in a few seconds automatically or changes to “BT READY” if there is a connect record.
b. When BT READY appears, press and hold the SOURCE button on the top panel of the Soundbar for more than 5 seconds to display BT PAIRING.
2) Select Bluetooth mode on the TV
3) Select “[AV] Samsung Soundbar” from the list on the TV’s screen. An available Soundbar is indicated with “Need Pairing” or “Paired” on the TV’s Bluetooth device list. To connect the TV to the Soundbar, select the message, and then establish a connection. - When the TV is connected, [TV Name] → “BT” appears on the Soundbar’s front display.
4) You can now hear TV sound from the Soundbar.
If the device fails to connect
- If a previously connected Soundbar listing (e.g. “[AV] Samsung Soundbar xxx”) appears in the list, delete it.
- Then repeat steps 1 through 3
Once you have connected your soundbar for the first time, use the “BT READY” mode to reconnect.

It fits perfect under it with its small size but has a big sound. It syncs well with the TV so you only need one remote

Thank you for purchasing the new HW-B650 Soundbar and taking the time to share your thoughts.
You can optimize your soundbar for whatever content you are enjoying to get the most out of the unit.
When you press the CH LEVEL button you can adjust the volume of the CENTER CHANNEL from -6 to +6 by using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote.
If you want to fine tune your soundbar for the best experience, press and hold the (Sound Control) button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

It is an entry level from Samsung, so a few features that some of the higher end soundbars have are missing. Still, Samsung does pack a lot into their entry level tech and this soundbar is no different. Great for boosting clarity and volume; if you’re looking for closer to a full surround sound, I’d invest in one of their top of the lines.
