Decent for the money.

The sound quality is great, the subwoffer provides a solid base line, the system out of the box was super easy to set up. Only downside to my purchase, I bought it as an open which was excellent in geek Squad standard and it came without out the remote even though they stated that the item has all its original parts.

After trying out the original intended soundbar at the store, it was pretty underwhelming, so I went to look at and try other soundbars in the store within that price range and opted for this one. I like the looks of it, it has a nice design and i like the fact that it has no fabric materials and that the LED indicators doesn't stay on so you don't have any distracting lights. I wasn't looking for a subwoofer, but it only has a cable for power as the signal is wireless. Turned out OK, it is not bulky and fit my space perfect. I'm pretty pleased with it, my only issue is that it turns on automatically with the TV, but I'm sure that's something about my setup that can be easily fixed, I just haven't gotten around it. Oh, and a bonus I was not expecting is that it's Bluetooth so we can connect our phones to it and have music on that way without having to have the TV on. The one I had targeted was not bluetooth.

I ordered a matching TV on 2 different occasions from the store to be delivered. This first time, the order was automatically canceled with no explanation 30 minutes after the delivery window had passed. The second time i ordered the TV i scheduled it to be installed by the Geek Squad and less than 12 hours before delivery they told me they were unable to deliver and install my TV. The customer service for Best Buy is complete trash and i will most likely never purchase anything from this company again.
