Thanks to Game Mode, you can plug in your console and get the amazing sound effects you expect, right away. The auto settings optimize your sound to the game you’re playing while cross-talk cancellation technology removes distracting sounds
You can take advantage of the various sound modes available. Voice Enhance Mode optimizes the equalizer to maximize voice clarity. Night mode will lower the bass to prevent disturbing others while they sleep.

I went through all of the videos and instructions for troubleshooting, confirmed power at outlet and tested that 24volts is getting to unit. The unit sells for almost $400 and I had hoped it would last a little longer that 22 months.

We’re glad to hear that the sound quality of Samsung’s HW-B650 Soundbar matched your expectations!
You can adjust the audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, or DTS VIRTUAL:X.
You can also press the Sound Control button on the remote (looks like a gear) to adjust TREBLE and BASS. Press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each of seven frequency bands. (Set sound mode to standard)
Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.
