I ordered a matching TV on 2 different occasions from the store to be delivered. This first time, the order was automatically canceled with no explanation 30 minutes after the delivery window had passed. The second time i ordered the TV i scheduled it to be installed by the Geek Squad and less than 12 hours before delivery they told me they were unable to deliver and install my TV. The customer service for Best Buy is complete trash and i will most likely never purchase anything from this company again.

As long as your soundbar is connected to your TV with either an optical cable or HDMI via ARC, you can control the volume and mute the soundbar using your Samsung TV's remote. The soundbar should also turn on and off with the TV.
TV remotes have to be enabled on your soundbar. By default, Samsung TV remotes are enabled on your soundbar. If it isn't working, be sure the soundbar is powered on, then press and hold the WOOFER button up until ON - TV REMOTE appears on the display (about 5 seconds).

Have it hooked up with an HDMI port rather than Bluetooth- the Bluetooth connection never gave us a solid sound quality and was scratchy and cut in and out. It would be nice if that would have worked, but at the end of the day it isn't a huge deal for us.
