I was replacing an older Samsung 2.1 sound bar that was good, but I was having trouble hearing the voices in shows and movies. I had hoped that since this model has a center speaker, it would fix that problem. I found that the center speaker did help with voice reproduction, but it made the voices sound "buzzy" and unnatural. Also, I had problems with the included remote. I had to hit the buttons several times to change any of the settings even after changing the batteries. The biggest problem though was that the audio kept cutting out on both the hdmi and optical inputs. I could temporarily fix the problem by turning off the sound bar and turning it back on, but the problem kept coming back. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I had to return it and got a JBL Bar 5.1 Surround that is so much better in every way.

First and Last Samsung Purchase

The initial Bluetooth set up was easy and the sound is great. Overall I thought it was a great complement to my new LG TV. But suddenly - the bluetooth stopped connecting and using the HDMI cord isn't working either. My life is crazy busy - so to have to spend hours trying to resolve this is a huge issue for me. I'm too tired today to think next steps but- right now - I'm just bothered!!! I decided to give Samsung a try and at this point - I truly regret it.
