    The sound bar with woofer definitely enhances the sound experience. Best Buy rep picked the right one for us.

    The Soundbar keeps switching to the TV speaker’s every few minutes. It is very annoying.

      Hello DavidW,

      I am sorry to see that you are experiencing this issue with your new Soundbar. There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your Soundbar.

      Please verify that you are running the latest firmware on your TV. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      Next, with the Soundbar on, press the + & - (Volume UP/DOWN) buttons on the body at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

      Thank you for taking a moment to leave a review for the HW-B650 Soundbar.

      You can optimize your audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD.

      By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

      Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer’s volume between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

      With the optional SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit connected you can adjust the volume by using the provided Soundbar remote. Press CH LEVEL and select REAR LEVEL, then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

    i bought this sound bar because the last one a had, same brand had an incredible sound, but this one doesn't sound too good, if you expect a movie theater sound get something else

    This is a pretty decent soundbar. It isn't overpowered, and provides optimal sound for a bedroom. If you're looking for overwhelming bass, choose otherwise.

    The first 9 months was great. Excellent bass and quality look. Then it started turning on in the middle of the night. Then 3 months ago, the bass would auto turn off for 5 minutes for no reason. Not worth the money in the long run.

      Thank you for taking a few moments to review the Samsung HW-B650 Soundbar.

      Please know, the soundbar features Auto Power On functions designed to power the soundbar on when detecting a signal via Bluetooth or optical from a connected device. The issues you are experiencing may be due to a different device.

      To disable the Bluetooth Power On feature, first make sure the soundbar is powered on. Once powered, press, and hold the "Surround" button on the remote for 5 seconds to disable the setting.

      Should this not resolve the issue, or if you have not paired the soundbar to a Bluetooth device before, you may first want to update to the latest firmware Version, often resolving any software issues you are experiencing. When an update is available, you can update the Soundbar by connecting the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar.

      If the issue continues, you can try to reset the soundbar back to default settings. Initializing the soundbar will receive any audio settings you have adjusted. With the soundbar powered on, press, and hold the "AUX" button on the remote for 10 seconds to reset the soundbar.

    Horrible delivery policies .

    It's not the product but bestbuy policies . I never got the soundbar due to wrong address. Sales rep put in my new address but bestbuy system didn't show it . Then I try calling bestbuy to correct the address discrepancies . 4 days in advance and 8 calls to customer service and bestbuy couldn't change the address . They have a delivery dept and a shipping dept . Tv was sent but the soundbar was lost in space ... bestbuy rather deliver to an address that No one will be present to accept the order . Only after which they can reship the order . By that time it was out of stock . Beware bestbuy policy is you have 15 days from delivery to reship or request refund or you get nothing . Yeah nothing they keep your money ! Incredible .
