      To help correct any audio delays, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the provided remote to select AUDIO SYNC and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.

      If you are a Samsung TV from 2020, 2021, or 2022, they have a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can use this feature to correct your audio-sync issue if you are connecting to a Samsung TV. On your TV go to Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.

      You can optimize your audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD.

      By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

    Horrible. Volume varies from disc to disc. Adjustment of volume is pathetic. Takes forever to move up or down from 100 levels. Just had it installed and am ready to throw it out and buy a new one.

    Big disappointment for this Samsung Sound Bar

    Wish id never bought it. It was a waste of $300 as far as im concerned. I even had the geek squad set it up. It still sucks. Honestly, it doesnt even appear to be working. Thank god my hearing aides still work!

      AUDIO SYNC - NIGHT MODE ON/OFF - VOICE ENHANCE ON/OFF

      AUDIO SYNC
      If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, press the (Sound Control) button to select AUDIO SYNC and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons. (Not available in “USB” or “BT” mode.)

      NIGHT MODE ON/OFF
      This mode is optimized for nighttime viewing with the settings adjusted to bring the volume down but keep the dialog clear.

      VOICE ENHANCE ON/OFF
      This mode is makes it easier to hear spoken dialog in movies and TV.

      The NIGHT MODE, and VOICE ENHANCE audio function can be turned ON/OFF by
      using the Up/Down buttons.

    Couldn’t get it to operate correctly. The soundbar sound would come out garbled or erratic to many times to enjoy it. Kept having to turn it off or reset it. Took it back to Best Buy

      I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties getting your new HW-B650 Soundbar to sync to your TV.

      If you haven't tried using the Audio Sync option yet, press the CONTROL CONTROL button until you see Audio Sync scroll across the digital display. Then use the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote to set the audio delay between 0 and 300 milliseconds.

      If you are using a 2020/2021/2022 Samsung TV, then you have access to a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can utilize this feature on your Samsung TV to correct your audio-sync issue.

    We haven’t gotten this to work yet. I had the store they didn’t suggest a mounting bracket so when it was installed, they did not install this because we didn’t have enough outlets.

      You can optimize your audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD.

      By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

      Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer’s volume between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

      With the optional SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit connected you can adjust the volume by using the provided Soundbar remote. Press CH LEVEL and select REAR LEVEL, then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.
