Great sound!

Thank you for sharing your review of the HW-B650 Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you have experienced disconnecting issues!
There are a few steps you can take before contacting Samsung Customer Support. First, please update the software of your Soundbar. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the HW-B650 under Standard.
Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page. Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well.
Second, if this doesn't work, try a new HDMI or Optical Cable. At times these cables do go bad and would cause connection issues with the soundbar.
Further, make sure that your TV is fully up to date. Check your manual for how to update the software of your TV.

One must is to download the complete user manual from the Samsung website to explore all of the features the soundbar provides. It matches perfectly with my Samsung television.

Still holds up well and the setup was super easy to do. The only problem i have is that it turns on and off randomly. (Not during use of course but when the tv is off) But other than that its a good product for the price.

However, remote was missing and difficult to setup. Found remote on Amazon for only $10. Soundbar sounds great with a good subwoofer. It was worth the extra effort for the excellent sound. My only complaint is the control screen is difficult to read.

Now maybe I have something setup wrong. but I'm going to call the geek squad and see if they can help with that. Thanks

Came with the optical cable to connect directly, and turns on automatically with the TV. Loving the Bluetooth from my phone for jamming music too! The fact I got it half off makes it even better.
