Soundbar worked for first two weeks and then stopped working for about a week. Worked again for about 4 weeks and quit working. Called Geek 800 # as suggested by store. Not able to help and told to take product for diagnosis at store. Went to pick up product today at store and told all checked out. Salman Quraishi, Geek Agent at the store, was impressive. Told me to go home and try once again ARC connection. He also thoroughly explained two other options for hookup: Bluetooth and Optical Cable. ARC connection did not work so hooked up to Bluetooth. No one, neither sales agent nor previous Geek Squad contacts, shared the 3 options for hook up. Thank you, Salman! Welcomed me back if I had further questions.

See my related review about the 65" Samsung TV I bought along with this system. The two integrate together seamlessly. Very impressed with the quality of the sound - you would swear that there are multiple speakers in the room. I've always been a Bose fan, but they have become way too expensive. This system sounds almost as good, for much less $$.

The bass is powerful and the sound quality is good. I was surprised by how good and responsive the subwoofer is for a wireless device. I would just wish that the display was a little larger.

Great Sound & Quality. The Bass Is Overwhelming...

I originally hooked this up to an. Older Samsung TV (~12 yrs old) for a few days whoile awaiting on my new Samsung TV to be delivered. I hooked it up with the included fiber optic audio cable, and it sounded amazing. When my new TV arrived a few days later and we got it set up, we tried to connect it via Bluetooth--no sound whatsoever. Incredibly aggravating. I bought a new HDMI cable for it and plugged it into the back of the TV--nothing. I have not tried hooking it up to a different HDMI port yet (I had a shoulder replacement and can't move the TV right now to get to the ports), but as of right now, it's just collecting dust on my TV stand. Pretty infuriating a Samsung soundbar will not work with a new model Samsung TV (new TV does not have the fiber optic).

Had a cheaper version and decided to upgrade to this. It was well worth it, easy set up and great sound, bass really booms when listening to music. Thought I was having a problem at first but simply unplugging the tv to reboot done the trick. Great buy!!

Let me premise this by saying I paid $209.99 on Black Friday. I assume this soundbar will fall back to this price on occasion. Okay, with that said. I purchased this soundbar for my new LG C2 OLED. I wasnt looking to break the bank with a top-of-the-line soundbar, as I already have a Sony HT-A5000 for that. With that said, all i was hoping for was a bar that had good mids and crisp audio without having to jack the volume. This little sucker does that and then some. It gets loud, and the subwoofer is much better than i anticipated. Is it as good as soundbars twice its price? No. But for its price, i cant imagine theres anything out there that could be much better. Its a good budget or starter soundbar.

Setup is pretty straightforward overall sound quality is good the subwoofer is what really shines it heavily deep in bass straight out the box it will hardly disappoint. Overall I recommend this sound bar if you are looking for something that has decent sound and great bass with the subwoofer and also caught this while it was on sale so another quick come up.

This soundbar certainly has some punch to it. It is an entry level from Samsung, so a few features that some of the higher end soundbars have are missing. Still, Samsung does pack a lot into their entry level tech and this soundbar is no different. Great for boosting clarity and volume; if you’re looking for closer to a full surround sound, I’d invest in one of their top of the lines.

This soundbar was a perfect match for my Samsung Frame TV. It fits perfect under it with its small size but has a big sound. It syncs well with the TV so you only need one remote
