I'm happy to see that you are enjoying your new HW-B650 Soundbar! It features powerful bass with a 6.5” wireless subwoofer & Adaptive Sound Lite which optimizes the sound based on the content.
You can try adjusting audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, or DTS VIRTUAL:X.
You can also press the Sound Control button on the remote (looks like a gear) to adjust TREBLE and BASS. Press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each of seven frequency bands. (Set sound mode to standard)

Quite often, no sound will come out. Having a tv and soundbar of the same brand should make them compatible with each other. Having to re-pair and reset weekly isn’t ideal.

We appreciate you taking the time to review the Samsung HW-B650 Soundbar. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with the soundbars connections.
Connecting your soundbar to a TV through HDMI will provide the best audio and user experience, often eliminating any connection or delay issues you may be experiencing. There are 2 ways to connect your soundbar with HDMI: you can connect a device to your soundbar (like a Blu-ray player) and then connect the soundbar to the TV, or you can use HDMI ARC. The first method will give you the best possible sound from external devices you regularly use. ARC is the way to go if you want great sound from streaming apps on your TV and a soundbar.
If connected via Bluetooth to the TV and the soundbar is dropping out intermittently there are a few things to check before performing any troubleshooting:
1) The maximum wireless signal transmission distance is about 33 ft.
2) If there is a device that uses the same wireless frequency near the Soundbar, interference may cause some sound interruption.
4) Check all the sources on the soundbar. If the audio is dropping while watching TV it could be an issue with the broadcast.
5) Also, please be sure you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by using a USB device. You can find the update on the product page of your HW-B650 on the Samsung website
