This soundbar is amazing but customer service provided by BestBuy is terrible. Bought an open box excellent condition sound bar and it was damaged so it was returned. Bought open box good condition but arrived to pick it up in store and there were no power cables. How are you supposed to operate it in good condition!?!?! Purchased open box excellent again and they said it was a system error and they didnt have one in stock. Tried contacting customer service and they did absolutely nothing to assist or make up for their misinformation on their products they tried to sell customers and did nothing to try to help me (their customer) resolve the situation at all. Customer service has been appauling.

Only 4 stars because the mount that came with it required it to be mounted upside down. It wasn't the install guys fault. Manufacturer issue I believe but nobody notices it but me.

The product is great, the installation, not so good. I ask the geek squad guy to install it to tv, as the manufacturer suggested. He claimed it couldn’t be done and did not do it.
Now, I gotta pay someone to do it right.
