I opened the box and my first thought was to return it because of the size of the rear speakers; they were bigger than I expected. I was undecided, but I turned it on before returning it. Once I did, I completely changed my mind. The sound is amazing and very powerful. I was glad I hadn’t returned it.

Samsung audio system is best. It is easy to set up. We can connect to cell phone easily. Bass is amazing. Dolby atmos at its best. I am happy with price at Best Buy.

My, wife and my have a soundboard before but this is the best soundboard we recommendedever

I’ve compared this to the sonos ark ultra I have with the sonos 300 rears and sub 4 , I can honestly say this Samsung one I might like better , for songs I liked if for sure , for movies you can’t go wrong with the Samsung , deep base , very loud , rears are loud enough. And I got the Samsung for 900$ the sonos was 3k .

Only had the system for a long weekend now but so far so good! James K at the South Austin store did a great job advising me during the purchase process. Setup could not have been easier, literally took all of 10 minutes. Sound is crisp and clear with punchy bass.

I chose this Atmos Soundbar over others so I could pair it with my Samsung TV to use it with Q-Symphony. With that enabled, you're getting closer to 13.1.4 sound, with three front channels on each side - front left upper (TV speaker), front left lower (soundbar front firing), and front left outside (soundbar side firing) - all with the front left upfiring speaker as well. It sounds super immersive and phenomenal.
