Nice soundbar

I was hoping for better bass response - will probably get the SWA-W510 subwoofer. The visual feedback for adjusting sound controls (treble, bass, EQ, modes, tec.) is disappointing - even with an HMDI eARC interface to the Samsung OLED 4K TV.

Doesn't connect easy, the remote control is really not helpful. There's no indications on to say its on or not. Or tje volume going up or down. Return and went with a different brand altogether

Good for only hearing voices on your tv

Make sure it is plugged in with the HDMI cable in order to achieve that. However, any other uses for a soundbar like streaming music from your phone, it does a horrible job. Any Bluetooth sound through the speaker is such poor quality.

You can try to optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD, MUSIC, or ADAPTIVE.
When you press the CH LEVEL button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the CENTER speaker using the UP/DOWN buttons between -6 to +6. If the Rear Speakers (sold separately) are connected, the setting “Rear Level” is supported.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote between -6 to +6.
Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to "Standard".
If you want further bass, you can add the SWA-W510 Subwoofer designed to complement the S-Series soundbars.

It frequently unpairs from the TV or other devices, requiring manual reconnection, which gets annoying fast. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable, and sometimes there's a noticeable delay or audio drop. On top of that, the sound isn’t as loud or rich as expected—even at higher volumes, it lacks depth and power. It looks nice, but the performance doesn’t match the price.

My wife watches a lot of shows that use the center speaker and some of the networks she is having difficulty in hearing them. Otherwise the rest of the stations are working well
