Streamline Sexy Sounds Sensational Solid Slim Samsung!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this soundbar. The sound is big for such a small sleek design. The 1st one I purchased was for the living room so wanted another for bedroom. At the time this soundbar was on sale for $699.99 which I was willing to pay but found 1 out of box for just $260! Out of box was missing the remote and power supply to subwoofer and soundbar itself. I was able to purchase power supply parts needed at BestBuy but also found parts cheaper on Amazon. I am happy with this purchase as I was able to pick up this awesome soundbar for the fraction of the original price (out of the box / only missing a remote). This soundbar delivers big bass and quality sound. You can also add rear speakers (Samsung Dolby Atmos Wireless Rear Speaker Kit 9500S) to make your listening experience even better. I will be looking to purchase another for a 2nd bedroom.

This thing sounds phenominal! Small profile. Mounts to the wall with ease if you want. Sub pumps out bass without any kind of buzz (so far). More expensive than some of the other soundbar combos, but well worth it.

Decent sound quality although didnt care for the subwoofer design or the remote often design isnt big to me this time it was. Research specifications before buying to make sure its a correct fit for your needs. With samsung it seems less about price and more about specifications which easily is undernoticed. Many think higher price it must be better. I can not say in my experiences with Samsung that in case it would be factual. Theres the hw-s800B for 899 with 3.1 and hw-q800b for 999 with 5.1 and hw-q750b with 5.1 with rear speakers included. Again price is deceiving at times.

Great sound, easy to setup when using with a Samsung TV. I ended up liking the soundbar so much, I also purchased the SWA-9500S surround speakers, as I found them open-box near me. I was initially skeptical about what kind of sound I would get out of the ATMOS function, and it's quite simply amazing for the price. They sound good during the day playing music and soothing ambient noise for the kids in my wife's daycare program, and just as good watching movies in the evening. There's a surprising amount of bass response from the relatively compact subwoofer, but it looks like it's a dual driver (or single driver with passive radiator) bass reflex cube design. Dialogue is really clear in these, even when streaming.

Great sound and it looks great, and is very small considering how good the sound is. However I knocked the score because you need a special HDMI cable to make it work, come on Samsung, totally unnecessary. I had to go back to the store to buy the right cable.

Big sound from a small package! Connected to a Samsung 2021 TV, backwards compatibility sounds great especially with Q symphony. The sound bar delivers great sound, clear dialog during TV and Movies, and big bass from the relatively small sub.

Excellent sound wireless connectivity is next level. Just plug into the wall and it connects to my Samsung TV automatically. If you have a newer Samsung TV this sound bar and the subwoofer are a must!

I live in a relatively small apartment and have an incredibly annoying neighbor who is constantly blasting music. This soundbar/subwoofer combo was perfect for my situation; small enough to comfortably fit within the limited space, but loud enough to drown out and compete with our neighbor’s music. If you’re living in a small house/apartment and are looking for TV speakers that can fit easily in your space without sacrificing quality sound, this is just about the best option out there.

Very Happy with the sound from this Soundbar. Hint: If you plan on buying any of the Samsung OLEDS, the remote control sensor is centered on the bottom frame. Therefore, if you plan on using the stand to set it on a tabletop surface then a normal sized soundbar will block the remote signal from reaching the sensor. My only choice was using this ultra slim design. No worries. The sound is great. Subwoofer does not need to be close to the TV. Very happy with the combo. I bought an open box-Excellent condition. Saved some bucks.

This sound bar sounds really good. Crystal clear. Sounds really good with video games and movies. The only thing I don't like is there is no display on the when you turn up yhe volume or make adjustment for the or the treble. All you get is a weird AI voice that speaks really fast. Other than that it is good.

This soundbar and sub combination is one of thr best ive heard. The room size is about 20x17 and the sound fills up the room. The sub has what I call “hidden bass”, because you cant tell where its coming from. The clarity of rhr highs and mids from the soundbar gives you a “surround sound plus” environment. You would rhink you had an 8 speaker system.

I upgraded my previous soundbar with this one and I can literally feel the bass when watching a movie or listening to music. The only downside is there’s no display on the bar, and I don’t care for it speaking which selection I make, I like having a display. But the sound quality trumps not having it!

(Note, most of the reviews on here from Samsung.com are for the wrong Soundbar) We realized that after we purchased but thankfully the HW-S801B/ZA soundbar is really awesome! For such an incredibly slim bar and small woofer it puts out some serious sound! Its not the best but for its size I think it might be for its class. Sure you can get better sound from bigger bulkier equipment but if you want a nice clean and minimal look this is it.
