This item sounds great when it works. When I paired it with my iPhone, it was great. However, I like to use my Apple Watch for music because I do not like to carry my phone with me all the time. The bluetooth would intermittently skip when paired with the watch and at least once every other day would completely disconnect itself. I have other bluetooth items that pair with my watch and stay connected with no problem -- I was hoping this would work because of the noise cancellation feature. I ended up returning the headset.

I bought these to replace an over the ear Bluetooth wireless headset. The microphone works perfectly during phone calls and speech to text. The battery is good but not the greatest about a solid five hours of listening to either Music or audiobooks.

This product is pretty good - but a little uncomfortable. It may be I need to adjust to the portion that goes around my neck. But over all it delivers high quality - noise cancelling. Being hearing impaired I needed a good quality headset - that would allow for clear / crisp hearing. There are a few more comfortable - but the quality of noise cancelling can't be beaten.

I am amazed by the quality of sound. The battery last long too.

I had the gold version which suddenly and unexplainably wouldn't connect to any Bluetooth devices anymore. went to replace it at Best Buy I saw so many others and wanted to change. Best Buy staff helped me clear my confusion and I'm glad i picked it over the Tone. Sound is even better than the gold one. Other party can hear me clearly when making calls.

The build quality is quite high; the cords are much looser than the original Level U, but don't seem to suffer from it. The ANC is a nice feature, but between shortening the battery life and only cancelling continuous, repetitive noises (Like rain or engine noise) I find I rarely ever use it. A good product, but I might opt for the cheaper model next time.

Great sound, easy to use controls and great battery life

Great sound and neat design. My 2 but my 2 annoyances with these are the placement of the on/off switch and it doesn't give an automatic battery warning (like the other brands I've used)... trust me that's important when they suddenly power down mid jog or in the middle of a telephone convo while you're doing dishes or something.

Sound quality was good but not one call answered or made without person on the other end of the line either not being able to hear or said it sounded like I was under water.

Music and call quality on this is great. Had a few issues were callers couldn't hear me clearly. For some strange reason it never auto connects to my phone when powered on. I have to manually initiate the link between my phone and headset. Other than that it serves its purpose and is useful. Battery life is great.

It's ok, really just ok. I'm one of the biggest supporters of Samsung there is. My stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, 3- TVs all Samsung. But honestly these headphones are not the best. I had a pair of LGs given to me before these. I loved the LGs. I work in the oilfield, so these things get really beat up but these seem to not be loud enough out of the box. I honestly can't hear music at all with any real background noise. When it's quiet these are awesome, but any real background sound will drown these out.

The NC on these are great, for the price! And the app has nice options.

I tried these in a high noise area, they didn't get loud enough to hear parts of movies or videos. I also did not think they were comfortable in my ears.

The Samsung Level U Pro noice cancelling headphones block out any unnecessary noise. They stay in place while running and fit comfortably on my neck. They are light and are hardly noticeable when working out. I would strongly recommend.

Great head set blue tooth works well noise cancel works welll.

This is a great product! It lasts a long time between charges.

Battery life could be better. But I love that headset reads name of caller for incoming call
