Samsung hit it out of the park with this Vacuum. Not only is it light weight and easy to use It does a better job then my Dyson. Its light, maneuverable, and the suction this vac has is amazing. It works well on carpet, and wood floors. Plus it has a 5 year warranty.

My previous vacuum was accidently dropped and broke. It was cheaper and less of a hassle to purchase this vacuum as a replacement. After reading reviews and using this several times, I would say that I am quite pleased with this vacuum. When going under the edge of the bed or under dinning room chairs, it has enough clearance for doing the job. It's lightweight and easy to empty but navigating the head is a bit more stiff than a Shark or Dyson.

My wife wanted to get a new vacuum and she wanted something light. The vacuum is easy to carry and it is so powerful. I didn't want to retire my old vacuum but I'm glad she got this one! It has good power and is easy to use. NO BAGS NEEDED! It is very easy to dump the dirt. I love it!

The lack of a height adjuster makes this vacuum less than stellar at some deeper nap carpet. I have a bathroom carpet that has a thin, foam cushion inside it and this thing literally gobbles it up and jams. My old Hoover had a height adjuster that worked great on it. My home is all wood and tile floors that this vacuum works great on. It also works well on the close nap area carpet that I use in some areas.

Wonderful product and good suction power . Cleans up hairs in carpet very well and light weight.

I've been looking for a vacuum since my Shark vacuum broke...well I found it!!! I am 4'10 so me doing any heavy lifting of appliances doesn't really happen...so when I took a trip to Best Buy I tried out pretty much all the vacuums in the sense if I could lift when need be/handling/easy to clean...found one :-) thus far its been awesome the suction 100. Hasn't broken so that's good!!!!

I am very happy with this product. It is very light weight it cleans my carpet very well. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned.

The presentation of the vacuum is great and the handle is strong and well attached to the body when compared to other items I tested at the store. It is very light and works great and it is easy to go around furniture or to clean windows or ceiling fans. I am very happy with this purchase.

What can I say? It's a Samsung! Had to try 2 other name brands before I had bought this. And this one is a keeper! The suction power makes it so much different from the rest. Have had mines for 2 months now & so far so good on performance. Cleaning this vacuum also is no rocket science. As far as durability, I am counting on its name!

Excellent vacuum, great airflow and picks everything up. I have two dogs that shed a lot and this vac does a great job.

This Samsung vac comes with a 5 year warranty. The vac is lightweight and easy to use. We had an issue after a few months when the handle broke. Samsung happily replaced the vacuum within a couple days.

Picked this up as a deal of the day. Wasn't expecting much due to price and I have never owned Samsung appliances but I thought I would give it a try. Vacuum is pretty light weight and portable. Suction is great as well. My only gripe is that the carpet brush gets stuck pretty easily if there is too much hair. I've had to de tangle and reset the brush a couple times already. Other than that, the vacuum is great.

The vacuum is better than i expected. Picks up way more dirt then my other bag less vacuum which was more expensive. it is very light weight and gets the job done. The canister which you can lift off and take with you works very well. The only thing i didnt not like about the vacuum is there is no were to put one of the additional parts. comes with two extra attachments but only one space to hang on the vacuum.

We needed to purchase a new vacuum. We have a dog which sheds alot so we need one that really picks up all of the hair. The sales person suggested this model to us and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Great vacuum. Does everything I need it to! Maneuvers very well and the detachable pod is very useful. Everything is easy to operate and very easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Tried several vacuum but this one has more suction pressure doing it's job best!

We were going to spend three times the amount we spent on this Samsung. Thank goodness that we did not because this vacuum cleaner is awesome with three times less the price and its not that heavy

Purchased after reading reviews and based on Samsungs reputation. Vacuum is everything I expected and more. Only drawbacks are small collection container which needs emptied quite often. Also emptying waste is a dirtier job than just replacing a bag.
