Just love my Samsung Dishwasher. Love the 3rd rack and it’s so Quiet.

The unit runs so quiet, if it wasn’t for the display on the front you almost wouldn’t even know it was running. Had a small issue with the top cutlery rack. After less than a weeks usage one of the fingers that props up the silverware broke. Contacted Samsung care within a few days a replacement rack was on my doorstep free of charge and completely hassle free. Some reviews I read on this product people were concerned about not having a heated dry option, I honestly can tell you I don’t miss it one bit. Make sure you are using jet dry and your dishes will come out clean and dry. If you are debating getting this product hope this review helps.

The old one went bust. So far the Mrs loves this one (you wpould think after so many trips in the heatwave). I like that it has a tray to add your liquids. I'm old school, and liked when you could add your wash liquid and let it spin to the top before adding your clothes. Not a fan of the opposite whereas the door will lock on you before adding your clothes. Love that the tech guy said that as a Tech member, I can exchange it for another within 60 days for a "removable agitator". Working on this now! Just don't like how long it takes for the delivery - more than 1 month. BB's 3rd party deliveries need to go ASAP. This is my 2nd straight time going through this. Should be given $100 for this review.

Works well, easy to operate. Easy to unload. Does a great job on soiled work cloths

Installer was only there because they were short staffed. Wanted to "prove he could still do it". Leaked within the first 30 days, fixed it by leveling the rear (t20 under the front lip). Also tucked the rubber flap that he stated "just kind of hangs there" behind the kick plate, as I had asked him. Tucked the side seals into the cabinets, as well. For reference, it was a 3rd party that installed, not geek squad. Washer is rediculiously quiet. We can watch a movie essentially in the same room and have no issues.

This dishwasher has got to be the best one ever created. It cleans and drys very well and you have to put your ear on it to even know it’s running because it’s so quiet.

Fantastic find, silent and great new design! Has also a 60min program vs almost 3 hrs the other dishwashers! Delivered fast, great install ppl It also helps when install is free!!!

This is the BEST dishwasher I have ever owned. It cleans great even without pre-rinse and you have to look or touch it to even know it's running.

This dishwasher with top controls was chosen for ease of use and quiet operations. This is the on dishwasher among those I looked at that was under 40 dBA. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel surface will be easy to care for. Josh gave good advice considering my major issues are noise, cleaning power and not using heat to dry dishes to avoid heating up our desert home,

Excellent product just loving the dishwasher, love the black stainless steel it doesn't show finger prints like stainless steel does. It does a great job on cleaning dishes

Absolutely perfect machine. Our front loader had constant problems and we switched and got this one. It cleans extremely well and has has zero issues whatsoever. We had it delivered and within 30 minutes of delivery we had it hooked up and running a load of laundry. I’d 100% recommend this washer to someone who needs it

We bought a set of Samsung kitchen appliances and knew we wanted a dishwasher that was as quiet as possible. After a month of ownership, we love it. We have a smaller open-floor-plan home and our old dishwasher would drown out the tv in the living room. With the tv off, you can hear the dishwasher doing its thing, but it is very quiet. The loudest noise is the water going down the sink drain. The dishwasher seems well laid out and holds more dishes, utensils, misc. then our older dishwasher. The racks slide in and out with ease. The overall quality is what you would expect from a higher-end product.

I like it because it has lots of different setting features, and it is fairly quiet when it runs! My only downside is that, although it has many different options for changeable heights (for glasses, silverware, ect) on the top rack, it doesn't always fit things well, I often have to have my taller wine glasses or large travel mugs on the bottom rack, which gets annoying.
