My wife always thinks it is not running it is so quite. Love the different wash options. So cool it opens by itself to let all the steam out and then it sends me a text that the wash cycle is complete.

Very flexible because you can adjust the height of the upper tray and also because you can use the upper most little tray for silverware and remove the trays for silverware from the bottom tray when you have a lot of dishes to wash

At store pick up was fast and easy...was easy to install with only minor changes to water and power connections. Says its quiet.... should say VERY quiet Only hear waste waste water going down drain... easy rack changes to suit almost any dish. VERY happy with this purchase.

Super quiet and gets all the dishes clean better than our old one. We haven’t had any error issues, leaks or problems at all! I was extremely hesitant to buy this because of the mixed reviews but I’m so glad I did! Worth every penny!

Would Not Recommend Best Buy for Appliances I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and opted for their installation service, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, the installation was poorly executed. My flooring was damaged during the process, and the dishwasher has had persistent drainage issues ever since. When I contacted Samsung, the manufacturer, they confirmed the problem was due to improper installation. But Best Buy’s installation team refused to take responsibility, citing a 90-day installation warranty, even though the issue began immediately and has never been resolved. I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop, with Samsung telling me to call Best Buy, and Best Buy telling me to call Samsung. No one is willing to own the problem. This experience has been chaotic and exhausting. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer. Best Buy’s lack of accountability and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases or installation services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Great dishwasher!

I got a Whirlpool that has been nothing but trouble for the last 3 years. This has been such a welcome change. The third top rack has been great for washing silverware and helps to free up a lot of space.
