Waste of Money

I purchased this dishwasher in August 2022. Within just a few months, it was leaking water onto my hardwood floors. BestBuy tech came out, repaired it. All was good for another few months, but then the bottom bar came off and refused to stay on during cycles. Tech came out again, fixed it. Thank goodness for the Best Buy total tech program, as it was out of the one year warranty at that point. Fast forward to today, three months past the 2 year Best Buy warranty, and the bar breaks again. I had an appliance repair guy come out and he quoted me just under $500 to replace the part. I paid $800 for this dishwasher. He said he sees this a lot and did not recommend repairing it as it was likely to break again. No thank you. I’m just getting a new one. I promise I will never buy another Samsung dishwasher again.

Upon entering Best Buy in Spring Hill, Fl we were introduced to Lizzett Torres and to our amazement she took the time to learn our needs and criteria and helped us find the right dishwasher appliance at the right price, handled setting up delivery and continued warranty maintenance program. It was the most rewarding and pleasant shopping experience in a very long time. Lizzett has made us Best Buy customers forever.
