Tempermental using Firefox and Chrome

Firefox and Chrome constantly crash and freeze the screen. Of course Microsoft Edge was already on the computer when I purchased it and Firefox and Chrome werent. I was just used to using either of those browsers but Microsoftr Edge seems to be working ok. Otherwise I like Samsung, this is my 2nd Samsung laptop.
