This Samsung laptop has a good i5 processor with 8 GB of RAM, allowing users to multitask with relative ease. The on board 920MX is not meant for AAA games but it can play some older games. This is a great budget option for those needing a laptop for work/college and light multitasking.

I've used a MAC for over 8 years and time for a new laptop. Decided to go back to Windows. Heard a lot of good things about Windows 10 and want to try it out. So far, 1 week in, I'm really liking being back to Windows. The ease with my new Samsung and multiple things I can do are terrific!

Able to handle gaming. A little clunky but works great

I really like Samsung products overall. My other laptop (thinking about crashing) is smaller and lighter, but this has a side number keypad. Since I take my tablet on the go now, the size is fine. Old fashioned me has discs so I will need to convert to flash drives at work. Still a great machine for the work I need it to do.

Great laptop , fast processor, and the graphics are amazing, the keys of the keyboard are really soft to the touch this is a great laptop for the family

Met my expectations at a relatively decent price...

My boyfriend and I went to Best Buy and found this laptop on sale in the open boxed items. We did not expect it to be in great condition, but found it to be the opposite. Since we purchased it, there have not been any issues with it and has proven to be a reliable laptop.

I am extremely satisfied with my new Samsung laptop. First Samsung computer. Still getting use to Windows; had Vista previously. Easy to use.

Runs everything well and has a really nice screen. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks but I really enjoy it and feel like my money was well spent. I plan to use this for a little bit of everything (gaming, streaming, editing, art) and I feel like this product works well all of these.

Changed the hard drive for an SSD and it is lightning fast. Have had it for 3 weeks now and use it for light stuff: Excel, Word, e-mail and surf the net. What Samsung could do: put a bigger power button, put a light to the numeric key pad. I am 79 years old.

Great computer. Tons of memory. Moves/processes quickly. I love the size and it's very light weight. One negative I have found is that there is not an indicator light for the caps lock function.

This laptop is pretty good. The touch-screen makes things easier and the connectivity to my speakers and tv through bluetooth and wifi is always quick and simple. My biggest issue with this laptop is the touchpad. It can tend to continue scrolling when I simply tap on something.

Product met our requirements for a school laptop for my grandson. Plus he can now work in PhotoShop Elements to enhance his photos for resale to fund his education. Very pleased with the purchase and product met his particular needs.

This is our first time to ever buy a refurbished laptop. We needed a work course for my son for school, and this was exactly what we needed. By buying a refurbished model, we got a much better computer than we could normally afford.

This laptop seems pretty good , only thing is on Samsung’s website it says you can add an m.2 ssd to it , and I have yet to find any videos for taking the bottom cover off,but over all I’m pretty happy with this laptop it does everything I need it to do.

Bought this computer for my wife because the other one we had was junk this is by far the best laptop she has ever used and she loves it I have one from the same manufacturer and never had an issue totally recommend this computer

Bought this for my daughters birthday/grad present and she absolutely loves it and all the great features. She is a English major and this has to be the best laptop she has had. The screen is perfect and she loves the 2 in one

First I want to say for the specifications and the price this laptop is an excellent value. I was worried about the 1366x768 screen resolution at first! However after using this laptop for a few hours I was pleasantly surprised! This laptop screen looks sharper and crisper than any of the other budget models that I have used with this resolution. I was also pleased with the dedicated Nvidia GeForce 920MX. Even though higher end gaming laptops use the newer Nvidia graphics chip this one handles games quite well. I do not like to use benchmarks from around the web as a gauge because I am not sure of the computer setup they're using or if their proposed results are even accurate! The only true way to know how well the laptop and graphics chip perform is to use it more than a few minutes and tweak the settings to your personal liking. This laptop is more than capable of handling some modern games and definitely great for using Microsoft Office and school tasks. The Nvidia chip with it's own dedicated 2GB of memory is definitely better than using the integrated graphics. The integrated graphics while good for some games relies on sharing your system memory and this can cause issues with trying to run some modern games. I would recommend that when purchasing any laptop take time to familiarize yourself with the display model if available that way you can at least get a general idea of how responsive the device is and see if the display is to your personal liking. I even had a laptop a short while ago that had a 1920x1080 full HD display and the display on this laptop actually looks better than that one does. The appearance of the laptop is not as flashy as some of the other gaming laptops but it does not look bad at all. It is not too heavy or bulky and the full sized keyboard is a plus! Once I got the latest Windows updates and latest graphic drivers installed the laptop works great and is pretty snappy! If you are a hard core gamer then you may want to look into getting a laptop designed specifically for gaming! But for the casual user and student! I have experienced no heat issues or other problems with this device. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and will definitely recommend !

Great Laptop. Nvidia Gaming card is solid. Very well crafted laptop. Power consumption is typical. Do a lot of gaming and coding on this and it works great. I would highly recommend.

I bought this laptop for simple word processing and internet browsing. For the price, I have been extremely pleased. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but it gets the job done very nicely.
