we bought this for our teenage son who likes to play video games and do computer animated artwork, we are all pleased with its performance so far.

still getting use to a laptop vice a tower. So far so good but I wish there was more written instructions with the computer other that on line. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.

Can't really say much, all I can say about it is what she tells me. The extra RAM runs so much faster than her old laptop, she just has to learn Windows 10.

Great Samsung laptop that will work great for home can do email, and watch videos with ease and stream content without any problems and works great so far

one of the best made laptops there is, sad that Samsung Tech support is hideous, which is the case with most companies now, but they take sucky and crank it up to 11

I have tried several Dell laptops, and hated them. This Samsung operates so much better, what a difference!!!! I would recommend it to anyone.

We've only set up the notebook and used it for simple tasks and it's been smooth. Setup was straight forward. Kids will be using it for their school work mostly.

This laptop has everything I need for why I Use it. It is a little big for traveling but for the price paid I couldn't get anything else.

Just what I wanted. Bigger than a tablet, smaller than a laptop with all the functions of a PC. I can easily take it anywhere.
