I have researched many computers and chose Samsung due to the smooth design of the keyboard, all the built-in additional features, (including for USB), the size and shape of all the keys, the awesome 10-keypad key placements and the size of keys being designed the way all computers should be (much needed in the world of accounting), and the weight of my computer is light. The only feature I wished it had was a lighted keypad, but not the end of world to not have it due to the quality of the computer and all the other features it offers. Thank You Samsung for making a high in quality, affordable, functional computer!

This notebook is awesome! I was pleasantly surprised that it was a touch screen. It's an i5 with terabyte hard drive. This little wonder can play World of Tanks and World of Warcraft. It's not sluggish ping rate is great with it and the dedicated 2gb of ram for video card makes it worthwhile. Samsung I'm impressed with this notebook!

I needed a new laptop and as luck would have it, my previous laptop laid down at the most inopportune time. I saw this laptop and after weighing the options, I decided to purchase it. For an i5, it is fast. It has tons of memory and I have had no issues with it. The only thing that I can complain about is the screen. There are better quality screens. Otherwise it is a top performer.

This is a great computer for the price. I have been using Samsung products for years and the Notebook 5 is of the same quality I've come to expect.

This laptop is great, had it for a week now. Fast processor and graphics card. The laptop has both Intel HD 620 graphics card and Nvidia 920MX. the downside for most people is that this laptop does not have a metal finish, so you don't get the "premium" look, but I rather have the rubberlike material for more durability.

This is the third Samsung laptop I have purchased and I have been very happy with its performance and build. Highly recommended.

I bought this laptop for video editing and some gaming on the side. It's a great all-around laptop. It's light enough to throw in my backpack for class. I don't use the touchscreen much, but it is a nice add-on. The Nvidia card renders quick and can handle games like DayZ. All-around great laptop for a decent price.

The negatives first. There is no indicator light at all for caps lock or number lock. Other than that, it works great for the price. Speed is generally quite good. Keyboard "feel" is good. Monitor screen is great and battery lasts several hours before needing to be charged, and then charges relatively quickly. Touchpad is very usable.

This laptop is great fast battery lasts about 4 hours Installed windows 7 on it drivers where available.

I read all the reviews on this product and they were ALL positive... so my expectations were high. I have to say they were also met. I love this machine and Windows 10 was easy to transition too after Windows 7...( I found my Windows 8 touch machine, not an easy transition... and I never warmed to it.) No complaints so far - after 3 weeks using it. thanks!

Baught this for my 10 yr old and he loves it. The touch screen is nice and easier to use then the mouse for most things. He plays games on Steam and hasn't played anything it can't handle yet. Shooters, adventure and driving games all work great. Also perfect for school work.

As a programmer this bad boy stores what I need, does what I need at the speed that I need. I couldn’t have asked for a better product. I had lots of options. I’m glad I made this choice. I’ve had it for over a year and I am still pleased.

The touch screen is really nice. Windows 10 took some getting used to (coming from windows 7) but I like it a lot, and the fact that I can download apps on my computer (such as Instagram) is really nice. I use it for video games and it runs them well, but the bottom of the laptop gets EXTREMELY hot after maybe an hour or so of play. The battery life seems fine, though the charger is likely going to wear out at some point (as did my old laptop's one several times). It is responsive and works well. The Caps/Number lock buttons do not light up, so the only way to tell if they are on is by typing. There are some USB ports on the left side only (which is not too big of a deal, but I do use a wired mouse so I just have to send the wire behind/under the computer to keep it out of the way.) The mouse feels a little clunky, so when gaming, I do like to plug my own mouse in, but for general browsing the web it is fine. There is no CD or SD card slot. It has a sleek design. I like it so far.

Got this on 2017 for my son. To play some pc games. He doesn't use it any more so I'm using it. Upgrade hdd to ssdamd added another stick of 8gig ram. This thing is fast . Plays world of warcraft on 3-5 settings just fine.

Great laptop. I love the touch screen. Samsung is a great brand.
