Computer plays the most demanding games with no lag. Touch screen works flawlessly. Good computer for the money. Very versatile.

i would recommend this computer to anyone that is wanting to upgrade. I don't need the touchscreen feature but it's kind of nifty. I like the ease of login with a pin. I haven't used the webcam so I can't attest to how good it is, but iTunes and Microsoft office are fast even with multiple windows open. More importantly, the thing doesn't crash like my previous computers when I have had word, iTunes, and gmail open. Maybe I'm easy to please, but this computer does what I want it to.

We bought this laptop for my wife to use while going to school. This is a very solid piece of equipment for the price. She liked the weight and feel of the unit while I appreciated the specs of the device for the price. It runs reliably and has excellent battery life. This is a great every day laptop and she really loves it.

Bought this for gaming while traveling. Great for a cheap yet fast gaming laptop. No overheating issues, no screen lag.

This is a good all around PC. It’s fast and has plenty of storage. Battery life is good. The screen is nice and large.

Needed a laptop to do research for a business. Have used other brands and was actually looking for those brands when I saw the Samsung with the same bells and whistles. Who knew Samsung did computers?

Love this Laptop! There is an access panel on the bottom of the laptop to easily remove the hard drive for upgrading to SSD. With this upgrade the laptop runs extremely fast!

I picked up this Samsung laptop for home use. I was mostly impressed with the graphics card it came with but found other laptops with better performance.

I haven't had a personal laptop before and my old desktop was very outdated so this laptop was a very nice purchase. So far I'm happy with its performance but it does seem to get a bit hot after a short time using it. I don't like that there isn't a backlit keyboard or built in light, but I knew that at purchase time and comprobables were too much more money for a light. I feel there are pretty frequent updates for Samsung software too.

Our family had become an Apple family for quite some time. However, we can only afford so much during these times, therefore, I decided to buy my daughter a laptop PC for her birthday. This Samsung is AWESOME: fits ALL of her needs, I like it as well...actually, I’ve grown to like anything by Samsung (especially their TV’s) & IF I go back to a PC, I’ll buy a Samsung. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my husband, a novice user. He hasn't had any problems. Lots of memory and speed.

This works for what I need as far as photoshop and Lightroom for my photography. Even though my first one the screen went black but Best Buy took care of the issue for me.
