This computer is compact, although not light weight, which I believes adds to its sturdiness. It changes from keyboard to tablet easily. Not a fan of windows 10, but learning to adapt. Wish it came with MS office for the price.

I was looking for a 2 in 1 that I could afford and came across this on sale at Best Buy. I had my cousin help me check out the specs and turns out, it was very reasonable in price and just what I needed to take around with me for my business.

I like everything about the laptop including how u could use it as a tablet as well...would give 5 if u could access google play and there apps. it also is a little sluggish startup probally because its an i5 processor.

I loved my computer, but I slowly started to notice that it is not running as fast as it was the day I bought it. It still works great, but something seems off. Also the time it takes for the computer to update takes forever.

I needed a computer for college with very specific requirements, this computer fit my needs so I went ahead and got it. It's a nice computer, it has a mac appearance to it. It's nice and sleek, and the tablet mode is nice.

This is my second Samsung Laptop and I'm just as satisfied with my purchase as I was with my first one years ago! I love the screen image quality and the diversity the flip screen brings is a nice feature as well. Well worth the purchase!

Have been an Apple user for years, my old MacBook finally gave up the ghost. After reviewing current products, the MacBook Air seemed the best match for me. The Geek Squad transferred all my old data and everything has been great!

Love the way it easily changes to a tablet. I'm use to iphones and apple products so it was different for me and took some getting use to but this laptop is great and very versatile and has many great features.

This computer was bought on research I did and the sales people I talked to. Glad I spent the time and glad they were willing to help me. The screen is great... color and resolution. Love teh keyboard too

Great battery life. Poor google work. Windows block google. Voice commands does not work. Need to get fix. Touch screen not to sensitive (which is a plus.).

I purchased this laptop because after four years mine decided it was ready to go to laptop heaven. I wanted a faster, updated, more reliable machine. After comparing the aesthetics of many brands, I knew I wanted a laptop that had a glass screen like the Macs. I ordered this laptop online and was disappointed immediately when I opened it up to check it out. It had an outdated cheap plastic looking screen. For the amount of money I spent, that was a deal breaker for me. I returned it and purchased my runner up, the Lenovo Yoga. I get my happily ever after after all!

I was looking for a nice, non-fancy laptop and I chose this because of both price and performance. I have owned the laptop for about two or three months and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product.

So far so good. Bought this for my daughter for college and so far it has been a decent machine. Realizing Samsung has not been in the laptop space very long. I trust their other products, so we went with this.

Bought as a replacement for 5 year old laptop. Boot times are a little slow but can be remedied with an SSD upgrade. A little on the heavier side for a 13 inch laptop but feels very sturdy.

I wanted a PC not from China!! Too many problems with suspect software and "strange happenings". Samsung is trying very hard to overcome their reputation, to the benefit of us consumers.

My first 2n1 laptop and so far, I have found it easy to use. Since I already have a Samsung phone and tablet, I thought it would make life easier to have Samsung laptop and it is geat!

Good laptop for everything I need it for. That being said, I don't necessarily play a lot of games or need much processing power. I hope it lasts a long time. So far so good!

I love this two in one! I am a graduate student with kids and it has been a life saver both for my school work and as a source of entertainment. This is worth every penny!

I got this laptop for school and I love it! The initial startup is a little slow, as well as the updates. But other than that, it's a great laptop.
