    The computer is good for someone in the university or highschool. But the graphics are not to good, the quality is dissapoonting also the computer ram is getting full but I used it for virtualization and I thinks is that.

    The laptop was too heavy, slow, the webcam resolution was bad, and the sound was too low. Not to say that it was pricey. I love samsung products but this laptop was not at all what i expected, ended up returning it.

    This thing does not have a SSD. Simple things take a while to complete. I don't know why they left out the SSD, it comes with all the other high end things. Looks sleek, but the picture on monitor is really poor.

    Computer freezes all the time and I have to shut it down completely losing work. It also doesn't have a disk drive or the right side numbers which I do not like.

    Battery specs claim 9 hours but doesn't last past 2.5 hrs & only charges to 85%. Cannot find how to change to 100% charge. Touch pad too sensitive; zooms pages when trying to move mouse and when typing, slightest touch activates actions - too much hassle to turn pad off & on while working. Don't like that you have to use fn lock to switch between pg up/down & arrows. Not computer expert so didn't think there would be much speed difference between i5 & i7 - I was wrong.
