Samsung actually makes a nice computer. This 2-in-1 is fast, flexible & with the solid state hard drive, very quiet & stays cool. I've had this for 2 years & the battery life is still good. So now along with loving Samsung TV's & phones, I'm giving a thumb's up for their computers.

I really like this computer so far. It seems to have nice design features and a good choice of port options on the sides. I had one time out of my 3 or 4 times of charging the computer, that the bottom became somewhat hot. I'm not sure if this is at all common or if it will happen again. We'll see, but it does cause some concern.

Love this laptop. The specs are what i was looking for in a laptop. This laptop is fast and does what i need it to do. The profile is slim and lightweight. If i had a complaint it would be the speakers, they're not as loud as I'd like them to be. Other than that i am satisfied with this laptop.

I love it. It is super fast. I would recommend this to college students. It can be a laptop and a tablet which is really nice. I was not sure if the touchscreen option would be good after hearing lot of reviews on them but its great. It is very easy to use. I would recommend this. It is a good laptop for the price you pay.

I'm happy overall. I love the fast charging battery, which has a good lifespan before recharging. The touchpad is offset from what feels natural, and has some functionality quirks. Windows 10 has issues, but the hardware is great, and doesn't generate much heat. Could use a little more volume from the speakers.

I am hard on notebooks, wear them out in 1-2 years of heavy use and constant travel, and have owned more than a dozen by now, and the Samsung is hands down the best I have seen yet and compares 100% to the new MacBook which we also have. Screen res and graphics are great, keyboard is firm and sound, it is as thin and cool looking as a Mac and all around I am happy with, just have one small complaint and that is with the Best Buy website description, which said that the Samsung came with a 1 TB HDD and space for a secondary SSD, but that is wrong, there is no space for a second drive (SSD) only space for the 1 TB HHD, which I promptly removed and replaced with a decent SSD. The 2 drive feature is a nice to have, not a must have for me as I don't care to store movies, etc. on the Samsung, but if you do care about having 2 drives, then don't buy this model, don't believe the Best Buy description.

Needed to get a laptop for my son as he entered college. We both checked the reviews on this and compared it to the Asus which is the one he really wanted but was not in Stock. After comparing the two they were very similar

I have a second monitor that I use all the time. The video card does not drive it as well as I had hoped based on what my old Samsung would do. Characters are not as crisp. Otherwise a fabulous machine - boots quickly, rarely hangs up, and is fast.

The setup was easy. I love the ability to flip the screen over and turn it into a tablet, and it gives you a tutorial right ok screen automatically when you do it the first time. Speed seems as advertised. Touch screen in very sensitive and precise.

I bought this computer because I needed to run AutoCAD and 3d rendering programs. It has the power I needed. I also love that it is fairly light weight and slim overall. I don't use it in tablet mode often, but I do enjoy the touch screen.

I originally was torn between this and a HP. I went through 3 HP's before returning it and getting this. It was a little more expensive but it feels much better in my hands with a metal screen case, not plastic, which meant no flexing of the screen causing light bleed on the egdes of the screen. It seems to boot up a tad slower than the HP which is why I'm giving it 4 starts instead if 5. I feel like it should be a little faster but that may be caused by the update i was required to do. Not sure. Still troubleshooting that. Its a tad on the heavier side but that doesn't bother me as much as have a cheap plastic casing. The backlit keyboard is beautiful and resolution is crisp. The Touch screen is very resposive. Sound isnt too bad either. I just hope the quality control on this is better than their note 7 and top load washers (victim to both recalled products).

My wife has fallen on love with this computer so basically its hers now. Its fast and has everything I need. Couldn't ask for a better computer witg a touch screen.

Im no genius and i have to be honest, i had no idea what a m.2 slot was prior to buying this computer but if you want advice from me buy this model, buy a m.2 ssd such as samsung evo or crucial mx300, install it by opening up the laptop with a small phillips head screwdriver. Use EaseUS software to format the ssd and EaseUS backup to clone the hdd to the ssd. once it is cloned (takes about an hour) you need to restart the computer and press and hold f2 to boot into bios and change the boot priority to boot from the ssd. Now the computer will boot in 20 seconds or less from being completly off, as well as open programs such as ms word and google chrome instantly. Dont buy the one with the ssd installed already if you have even basic computer knowledge, it really isnt that hard to install a ssd yourself. Heck i didnt even know what a m.2 was and i got it done, its lightning fast and now i have 1.5 tb of space for under 1000 spent, an i7 laptop with a decent graphics card too.

I am quite happy with the Samsung computer. I love the screen size and touch screen features, and with Windows 10 it is a very efficient computer. But, I have had the computer freeze in the middle of working on several files. I am not sure if it is a computer or software issue. I suspect the issue is with Windows 10. The on - off button is on the side, and as I read in other reviews, this is an inconvenience, as I find that when I move my laptop (it is portible), many times I will touch the on-off button, and the computer will shut down before I can stop it or save files. Office is pretty good, but not perfect, at saving the latest files when this happens. Best thing I have found is to save my work often. I am much happier with this computer than my last Dell!

It can be used as a laptop or a tablet with ease. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to use. The keyboard is back lit which is nice in the dark and it has extensive memory. Really love this computer.

After setting it up the way I wanted, it works great. It loads my programs fast with no problem. The screen is high quality and has great colors.

It's lightweight, fast, does everything I need and more. Wirelessly hooked up with everything in our house quickly and efficiently. No problems installing software. Great price and value!

I find this computer to be very convenient. It is lightweight and I like how I can change its position from laptop to tablet. It's not quite as fast as I expected it to be, but definitely much better from my last computer. I had some issues with it connecting to an HDMI cable when I first starting using it, but it might not have been the computer that was the issue. The cable would lose connection to the computer and it would freeze the computer to the point needing to manually shut it down. This hasn't happened in a while though. I have a hard time giving this five stars only because I'm a tough critic and hate having to spend so much money on a device that hasn't "wowed" me, but so far, I don't really have any qualms with it.
