I really enjoy this Notebook! My thanks to the sales rep who helped me make the right choice by comparing what I originally went in to buy to this notebook. Had he not helped me I would have paid more for a laptop that had less memory, no touch screen and other things that came with this laptop. It's been a great machine for Zoom meetings!

I love Samsung products. When purchasing this laptop it was between this and another laptop with more ports. I'm happy with my choice, because I can manage with 2 usb ports. But the extra one would of been nice. I HATE 2 THINGS! I hate the home button is right next to the backspace button! Constantly editing a program or a paper and I hit home which takes me back to the beginning of the sentence or paragraph. The second thing I hate is the sensitivity of the touch pad. I feel like if I gently hit it, it goes crazy. But when I'm TRYING to scroll or do something it becomes unresponsive. The enlarge feature goes off easily as well, if you brush the touch pad just wrong. However, After 3 months of use, it's stupid fast. That's the ryzen though! It can manage to, reset an external HDD while I'm loading up another external HDD. The games are super responsive, thanks Radeon. I can run multiple programs, and keeping memory low, never bogs down or lags! It does have a good amount of memory. I love! Love! I can turn my webcam off, I know it's a simple feature and I still put a sticky infront of the camera but it's still a good feature! Can't use any stylus, which is to be expected. 3 months in, no issues with the hinges. But still only 3 months in. Side note, at least what I found, no way to make marks on the touch screen with out the Samsung pen. I've loaded a lot of programs I need, onto the machine, and still no complaints really. It's a good choice. Hands down good choice.

This is a very nice convertible style laptop for the money. It has a very quick startup and the resolution is fantastic. The system is easy to use and programs run smoothly. Keyboard is sleek and responsive. Turning the computer into a tablet is a great feature. The only thing that would make this laptop better is more USB ports and a SS card reader. You won’t be sorry buying this. All-in-all it’s a good buy.

I bought this when my HP Omen quite literally broke under pressure. It’s obviously not a gaming laptop, but it does super well for school work and other light tasks. The screen is glass so there is a glare if you’re facing sunlight or other light in the wrong way, but that’s hardly the fault of the laptop. Overall I do recommend it if you’re looking for a basic, portable machine. Side note: I spilled half a bottle of coffee directly into the keyboard and, as you might expect, panicked. Not only did the keyboard not get super sticky after I cleaned it off... the machine has shown no signs of damage due to the incident. I don’t recommend testing that out for yourself, just noting that it seems durable and liquid resistant.

We needed to replace our 8 year old laptop and this one fit the bill. It's what I call a good utility laptop. It does everything we need it to and more and was in our price range. It not only continues to offer the features we were used to having in a laptop, but offers more features like a touch screen tablet. Really like it.

so I am not so smart, I bought an external blueray drive for a tablet since had a dvd run disc on it and of course nothing .. so my 300 buck laptop wont power it except dvd well now after 18 years in flordia I have internet and read the reviews of the ex drive knew needed a blue player app and so after owning the drive a year did get full hd disc running on a large screen laptop, didn't need geek squad saved some cash also passed on the adding programs as assumed was vlc player and would be no help so am way ahead and 200 off sale was ideal, running is fun to see startup so fast all got to learn now is ios funny thing was when bought and home kept loading new 4k disc in blue ray external drive and joke on me when finally percolated in head what was doing things really happen so fast like driving with the brake on am only now checking reviews and golly that spin feature is groundbreaking to me I have psoriasis on my scalp and gonna cut my long hair of 15 years and tan head reading this on porch, sun cured all else on bod when moved here

I bought this computer and have been using it for a year. I love it. I waited to make sure that I loved it and I do. The touch screen is easy to use. Set up was fast. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this computer to anyone.

This is my first new laptop, therefore I can't compare to much, but overall would say i'm satisfied with my selection. As a university student I mainly use it for note taking, occasional audio recording, and researching items; which may entail many windows to be opened at a time, oh and I always have music playing through Spotify. So I would say it runs smoothly, but I guess I don't push it to it's full capacity either. I don't game or use it much outside of college related work. The Night light filter is nice, but I have tried to set the schedule for it and it repeatedly chooses when it wants to enable when opened. Also one day I opened my laptop for class, the screen was black, and nothing I did worked to either, kill the battery or help, but I googled to just hold the power button to force shut down and it hasn't occurred again. - Overall good - Battery life, kind of short feels like 3 hours but I guess you can put it in power saving mode - Looks nice, have received many compliments - Little errors (night light won't schedule properly and screen was black once but just forced shut down, holding power button) - Runs smooth with many apps open

touchpad, 2:1 screen (turns into tablet with the flick of your wrist and auto switches modes); backlit screen amazing! Doesn’t seem to hold a charge for as long as I like but that was easy to adapt to. Would buy another if needed anytime. Definitely worth the money.

Bought for my wife, she loves it. Touch screen helps a lot. Just wish the employee could have been more help. Must have wanted to sell a laptop for gaming, even after I told him I didn’t want one for gaming. He kept trying to show me one for gaming. Maybe listen to customer instead. Overall this laptop has been a good buy.

This laptop from Samsung was very easy to load. It hooked up to my Samsung 9+ phone very nice. I now see text messages from my phone on the computer.

This laptop works as advertised. It takes a Type-C charging cable. The touch screen is responsive and the power button also has a fingerprint reader on it. The only issue I have is there is no CD drive and the screen will occasionally blink for half a second when watching videos.

I really bought this because I was in a pinch for work and I do like 15-20 things literally at the same time so I needed something that wouldn't lag or completely crash on me. It’s been holding over well and moves quicker than my work desktop.

Overall I personally think its a pretty good laptop. I got it because I really needed an upgrade from my old one and so far it seems like a worth it investment. Is super fast and comfortable to use in any position with the tablet mode.

A step up from our old laptop. Very smooth and fast. Parents bought the other computer we were going to go with and they have had problems. We have only owned for a month. We love the fact that it has switch to cover up camera.

I've been using my laptop for a year now and it's fantastic! It's fast and the video is so much better than my Asus. I love this laptop and will continue to buy Samsung!

Its a laptop that does everything, I use it for college classes and it's the best laptop I could of gotten. Easy to use, changes to a tablet and you can use a pen and write on the screen... love it

Super fast reliable,battery last long, screen is awesome, tablet mode is awesome, the grafic card working super good ,I am using this laptop for DJ ing not one hickup.....very pleased...
