I bought this laptop for my girlfriend as a gift because she decided to go back to school this fall. She absolutely loves it and I approve of it - I work in IT. It had all the essential features and was on sale when I bought it.

Whether it's for work or in my case DnD, the touch option makes gaming fun and the crystal clear picture is a definite bonus.

My initial reaction was "I am not going to like this". It was doing things by itself without me even touching it. But after a while like a new puppy, it settled down. Now it seems to be just like any other computer which I've used. I miss not being able to use some of my old software programs with windows 10 they were so much easier to manage. But then I also still prefer DOS as it was much easier to understand than windows 10. The computer itself works just fine, no complaints. Windows 10 you can keep.

I like it but definitely miss having the numeric key pad. The laptops start up speed is fast and I love that it's touchscreen.

Was looking for a laptop as the encryption device to do live streaming. After talking with the sales person, he checked and discovered that they had this laptop as a "Open Box" item at a considerable savings. Laptop does exactly what we needed and so far has been a great for the intended purpose. Do wish it had more than two USB ports (one 3 and one 2), but that is easily handled with a hub.

It's fast, I have to work with many windows open and the performance is smooth and fast.

Needed a second computer. This is good and can convert to a tablet. Touch screen is nice.

I have really enjoyed the convenience of my Samsung products and the ease it has in syncing all of my work together (phone, tv, laptop). My laptop has been working efficiently and I love the tablet mode feature. The outside surface is a bit slippery, knock on wood, I havent had it slip out of my hands but I can see it happening. It holds a charge really well so far. I am pleased

My son needed a laptop computer to finish up his high school (college classes in high school) and also one that would be good for him to use in college in pursuit of becoming a project manager. This laptop was recommended by a friend. My son checked it out and really liked it. It went on sale for $200 off the original price, too. So, for the price & quality of this laptop - it is a great buy.
