I have been very impressed with this computer. I don't use it too heavily but it has shown that it is more than capable for the jobs I do use it for. The SSD drive is really nice as it is so fast on start-up and the lack of fans blowing heat makes it nice to sit with in your lap and never get hot.

Laptop and tablet in one and touch screen....Great purchase!

After many years, I broke down to get a new laptop. I never felt intimidated, and the sales people made the purchase easy. The laptop serves all my needs. It is compact and light weight. Keyboard is not tine like in some. Typing is easy. Bright sizable screen.

This laptop is amazing! Samsung is a reputable brand, and this laptop has not disappointed! It is perfect for day to day use. We are average computer users, and don’t do heavy gaming or anything like that. We got it during Black Friday Deals, and love this laptop!

This laptop does just fine for what I use it for. I don't play graphics intensive games or anything that requires massive processing power. I pay bills, surf the internet, etc. It's very snappy for these things. I have no regrets with the purchase.

Good deal for this laptop. 2 in 1 laptop and tablet, works great. made of solid material battery last a long time, lots of computer for the money. So far everything is working really good. I can recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade to a new system.

The Samsung - Notebook 7 computer fired up swiftly. The necessary support and programs loaded with no hang-ups. It has, so far, met my expectations for its intended purpose.

It bend backward. You can use as laptop and it touch screen is super cool. Let's talk about finger print reader. The keyboard also let up. I only wish the webcam wasn't pixilated. Even better it came with cd rom and stylus

I am a huge Samsung fan and own a house full of their products but, lord al mighty, this laptop sucks. The screen doesn't get nearly as bright as other laptops cheaper in price. The Samsung software limits the volume, which will drive you crazy after using it a couple times. The feature that truly grinds my gears is that the speakers are downward facing. Overall, this laptop is not worth the price tag.

Bought one and it was acting up. Thought maybe needed to be charged longer. Next day still was acting up. Took it back and had to wait almost a week for new one. Out of stock in stores around me. New one working great.

Have enjoyed working with this new laptop. Has everything I need. I am not a business user or gamer just social user and shopper. Only issue I’ve had is with the fingerprint scanner. Never seems to recognize my fingerprint. Added fingerprints to no avail.

My granddaughter and I purchased laptops a few years ago and needed updated new ones. This laptop is excellent! Granddaughter just loves this one! Quick response and start up. I'm next.

Poor battery life. Doesn't last very long off the charger, especially if watching on streaming platforms. Also tends to heat up when watching shows while on the charger. Lack of number pad is kind of annoying. Camera quality is absolutely horrible. Nice things about the laptop: light up keyboard is convenient, especially when working in dimly lit environments. touchscreen is very smooth and 2-in-1 works very nicely. Keyboard is very smooth and easy to use. Nice sleek look. Decently quick startup.

This laptop has been very good so far. I can do my work and other things. Run a couple of games that don’t require much and just simple for entertainment. It’s light so you can always carry.

...the touchpad is way too sensitive and I had to spend another +$40 to but a mouse, something the 12-yr old HP it replaced never had a problem with ever. This is not progress, Samsung!

Our daughter is doing home schooling and this computer does everything that we need it to do and more. The staff at Bestbuy were very patient and explained everything we needed to know.

Bought it for my daughter her senior year at U.T. so that she could use with her animation software. It works great very smooth. She loves the flip screen feature to work directly on screen when drawning her graphics.
