While it may say it has 1 ms refresh rate I’m now sure that only means the pixels can RECEIVE color data as fast as 1 ms but it can’t DISPLAY the color data as fast as 1 ms. As a result, there is terrible ghosting such that when you turn the screen quickly in a first person shooter, the whole screen turns to a blur.

I have bought them from a number of retailers and have had to return 2. The one I ordered from bestbuy had half the display go dim(which could be fixed if i unplugged and replugged the power supply every time I wanted to use it). The monitor is great when it works but from my own experience and from what I've heard from others it has a high chances of being defective. I have purchased 4 27" G5's in total and only 1 has ran properly.
