DON'T BUY SAMSUNG

BEWARE Samsung appliances - their customer service is beyond awful and the appliances are not good. This washer is lovely with good capacity but it overbalances at the drop of a hat, it leaves clothes SOPPING with repeated rinses when it does overbalance, and it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of actually getting things clean.
