I purchased this Chromebook for a remote instruction course. I loved being able to review and write on pdf documents. I was completely in love with it until I was in a 4 hour zoom class and the quality of the video call became terrible. I had to run and grab my old macbook to connect to the call. I had both computers connected and my macbook had no issues whatsoever. It is definitely a great computer but I would not use it for school again. I traded with my sister for her newer macbook and she absolutely loves this samsung computer. It all depends what you need it for. But overall I would say it is a great computer.

its not the best laptop 2 in 1 but it's good for kids that have to do homework and school work, if your a Samsung user you will already feel at home with the interface display, so no worry about having to install windows its a chrome book, I bought it for my 6yr old daughter who needed it for her school since we needed a laptop and she needed i went with this, I will be purchasing a new laptop soon but it will be for me may check out what other options there are......but I do recommend this item.

We bought a more expensive laptop for our kids a few years ago. This chromebook is a way better value! It's perfect for our son who is a junior in high school. The touch screen and 2-in-1 features are great. It's perfect for his school work.

This computer was built with the idea that it would be used to get work done, efficiently and quickly. Not only does it do that, but it also never crashes, is lightning fast and can run anything you can find on the Google play store. Highly recommend for work!

this is the second Chromebook I have purchased. And I enjoy taking it to work with me for checking emails an d surfing the internet. It works great and I enjoy the double usage of the touch screen aspect.

Read alot of reviews before purchasing and was on the fence but it turned out I can do everything and even more with this. Installs all the apps and also installed Wine to run exe programs.

This has been the best chrome book to date. I have had two others since they came out and the touch screen and stylus features are amazing. Boot up time is super quick and I can do all my work functions from this as if I was at my office computer!!

I recommend this laptop for students that usually have to bring their computers to class. It is super lightweight and the software is amazingly fast and simple to use! I have been enjoying the quality of the screen and speakers as well.

Great laptop, Chome OS is very speedy and efficient to use. It takes some time to get used to the shortcuts of chromebooks, but it is very good to use. Laptop has nice high quality feel to it and is light and compact.

This is a great tablet at the sale price we got it for. It works great, is fast and does exactly what we needed it for. I do like the Samsung Pro 2-in-one better than this just because the Pro feels thinner and slightly faster than the Plus.

This Chromebook is excellent - well built and we'll powered. This is a fantastic school option for kids and a whole lot more. It's amazing how much these are encroaching on Microsoft's space with a more responsive and more enjoyable system to use.

This convertible Chromebook is a great option for my young teen looking to get homework and research done for school. I appreciate the price point and options this machine offers. Thank you for a great product!

This was my first time buying a laptop with a touch screen and pen, and it’s amazing. Being able to use it like a notebook, and being able to take notes with the pen is easy.

We purchased this for our granddaughter for school. She absolutely loves it. Perfect for everything she needs for her projects. It flips over, and she uses the pen a lot. She also, watches movies, and the color is great!!!

Bought as update computer for wife who does mainly email, Facebook, and the like. She is very happy with its performance. Likes it better than her Asus 14in Win 10 computer (abt 6yr old).

My daughter had been saving her money for a laptop. She had $300. It is perfect for the needs of basic computer use for kids or even adults who don’t have major need for a full blown computer. It’s similar to an apple product as far as downloading apps so you’re going to be pretty safe on that avenue. Always use caution on line regardless of course. It’s quick and simple to use and the screen has pretty nice resolution. I’ve used it a couple of times and have to admit it’s pretty nice. I would recommend all day for the price.

I have a similar model and bought this for my little sister as a gift. she has a Nexus 9 tablet and she loves the keyboard and mobility of this device. The screen is gorgeous and the sound out of the speakers is loud enough. Definitely recommend!

Very adaptable and easy to set up and operate with rotating screen and great picture quality especially great for remote learning in this time of Covid 19. Last chrome book lasted years and expect this to do the same

Very difficult to get used to Chromebook as i have been Windows user since the beginning. some specifics - cant close some apps. they remain running till system is restarted. No way i have found to set the default app for avi format video. cant do 'copy/paste' of one file from a media disk. Personally i dont like that Google gets everything from the computer. the concept of the 'cloud' does not sit well with me. I want all my files on local storage. I use the Chromebook off-line a lot. THe micro-san card slot does not properly read the card. I have music saved on one and the music app stumbles thru the songs - plays parts of one, then repeats it, then plays parts of 2nd song and then goes back to first song. i put the micro card in a holder and used USB-3 port and it place correctly. but Chromebook wants to format the USB card everytime i install it. Had the system about a month and very seriously thinking about returning it and getting Windows machine. Positives - foot print is nice. just the size i want with intergral keyboard. no screen touch typing. when i can get it to work correctly, its fast. screen resolution is excellent. battery life is good. however, the charger is 8 volt output. most chargers are 5 volt. the provided charger comes with hard connected cable. no usb style port on the charger. finding a secondary charger may be problematic.

Bought it for my son he was extremely happy. The processor is fast. Just not enough hard drive space, but that was an easy fix, had an external hard drive
