I've had it for a long time and it was working beautifully. It started slowing down on me ever since we went online. Because I have to use zoom 24/7, it slowed down and crashes a bit. I would say the computer is great but for a little cheaper price. The tablet mode works great to annotate papers!! Would give it a 5 stars if it was a little cheaper
