Great little chromebook, with a fatal flaw

My kids loved them. The first one had a battery that failed after 6 months (easily replaced). The second one had a hinge that failed (got stuck). So when my daughter tried to reopen her Chromebook, she broke the corner of the screen (the hinge fixations broke through). This appears to be a somewhat common issue (saw a post on this web site as well as several posts elsewhere: Samsung website, eBay...)

1st Laptop

When I have important forms and documents to fill out , most times I just borrow my sons laptop. But if he's doing homework I have to settle for my tablet. Not acceptable. I invested in one for myself and couldn't be happier. I love Samsung products.
