Terrible product quality from Samsung

She has had it for 15 months and worked great until today. The first day of virtual learning due to the Choronavirus. The hinge literally popped out behind the black plastic strip at the bottom of the screen. When we tried to gently push the hinge into place plastic pieces crumbled out and the glass in the lower left corner shattered like a broken iphone screen. 3 months after the 1 year warranty of course so they will not replace the lap top. Such a waste to have this for 15 months and now it's broken. Laptop was never misused ever. It broke while opening the computer sitting on my daughter's bed. I will never purchase anything from Samsung again due to this terrible product quality. I tried to upload the picture to show it but the system will not allow the upload as it is bigger than 5MB. Highly do not recommend this Samsung chromeboook.

Great as a companion to my iPad Pro when I need a fully browser experience or a little better file management than iPad offers. Only downside is that the pen lags a little bit compared to other S-pens I’ve use but works great for limited situations.

Bought for my mother in-law

The keyboard especially was a nice experience, almost as nice as my Pixelbook. Great device, love the little pen that comes out of the side, wish the pixelbook had something like that built in.
