After trying out 2 cheaper models computers from other companies I decided to buy this model.It is easy to type with many good features that I need to learn yet. I am doing well with the Email and Facebook.

We bought this Chromebook for my son on the recommendation of the Best Buy salesperson. Like everyone else, we really liked it at first, but in month 13 it wouldn't even turn on and because it was outside of warranty it wasn't covered. Then after having it fixed the hinge spontaneously broke in month 18. We have seen numerous people complain about this and don't understand why Samsung didn't recall the product and have the hinges fixed. Now we have a useless paper weight that cost much more than we had expected. Stay away from Samsung they don't stand behind their laptops.

I'm a Samsung fan and the pen is a plus. Easy to use, lightweight, and exactly what was needed. Took me a bit to get used to the Chromebook after using desktop and laptop but love it now!

Helps me get the job done research, taking pictures, etc! Only thing I wish is that it had a backlit keyboard for when I’m working in a not well lit area. But that’s where the touch screen comes in handy I assume.

This is a great device for consuming content as most chrome books are. This however has a better screen at 1080p than the competition and USB c charging makes a welcome appearance over older or less expensive devices.

We got this for one of our kids and he loves it. It is basically virus free so we don’t have too much money in terms of worries for that. It is also pretty durable which is a plus when dealing with children.

It works good for my son. He uses it for school. The 2 in 1 was great. Many schools now use Chrome books.

I bought this for my 68 year old husband. He is very happy with this Chromebook. The only thing he doesn't like about it is that one of his favorite games won't open on this Chromebook. Very satisfied.

the hinge got stuck and when I opened the laptop VERY carefully it snapped! the software is great, it was a great light notebook to carry to college classes, super convenient, too bad the construction couldn't keep up.

I like how easy it is to use and the slimline style. The battery power last a long time and that’s very important when you’re completing your homework assignments. I’m very satisfied with this product and it’s very affordable.

I like my chromebook but the main reason for upgrading was for the play store apps. I use microsoft apps for work and this chromebook does not work well. I am able to download outlook, excel, and word, and also open them, but I am not able to use them. As soon as i click something it crashes. I am able to use all google apps well and love this part of the chromebook. For personal use, I use docs, sheets and drive. But microsoft is a must for work so I am hoping this is fixed.

Pretty good chrome book. Sometimes have trouble with wireless printing. Good for sync to Samsung tv.

This chrome book was real easy to purchase in store after the sales guy explained it’s features. He glossed over whether it was overkill for a 10year old.

bought this to replace my old chromebook by acer. This one has a faster cpu and allows me to do everything I really need such as browsing, checking emails, and stream netflix. No frills and worth the price

More expensive than others the same size, but more durable and better recovery and easy downloading not always telling you your out of space

It does what I need but in the end It's a Chromebook. If I needed something better I would have purchased something else but this fits my needs

The laptop works great , I’m a college student so this came in handy, I brought a hp printer to connect it with. I tried to download sims but I didn’t know sims was windows only or Mac only.

I love this chromebook. Quick start up and so easy to use. It’s a little smaller than what I am used to but that’s why I got it. I love the compactness and ease of use.

Con - Had some issues with charging. Pros - Once it charged, has long battery life.

Got this Chromebook for my fiance who was needing a new laptop. This is a great alternative to the Microsoft Surface, and this already comes with a keyboard & pen. This device does everything she needs for work and more!
