It’s not a laptop for me, but it’s my I pad easy to carry and u can download All kind off apps that you use in your phone, You can also use galaxy phone Charger to charge ur laptop when the battery is battery

I only use it for surfing the web and nothing else. And it is ok at that. Battery life not particularly great, but I have no real complaints.

If you want a nice Chromebook, this one is good. A little pricey for what you are getting but great item.

I am not a fan of chrome. My tenth grader needed reliable access to google classroom, etc. This does the trick. It does have a nice display. My student rarely uses the pointer/pen.

I got this as a Christmas gift and I was a little bit intimidated as I have never owned a laptop. Within 5 minutes I had it up and running and connected to Wifi and the loading screen is crazy fast! Love it!

The first year the device was great all while still under the protection plan. However, around the 18 month mark, the computer just stopped working. Would not turn on or charge. This has happened to several people that I know with the same product.

My 10 and 6 year old grandchildren love this tablet for their school work. They also like researching, playing games and writing stories on it. It has been an excellent purchase!

My children and I love this item! We can google anything we are curious about, take notes for our to do list, download educational game apps, and fall asleep watching educational documentaries on “tubi”

My 14 yo son blew his hard drive on his laptop and was looking for something just for school. Since they use Chromebooks and Google drive, it was an easy choice. And he can't play games on it so a win-win!

Would give it 5 stars except for the stylus which can break. Possibly should be made of metal instead of 2 pieces of plastic glued together.

The computer itself is pretty good. I like the touchscreen and stylus However, one day as I was opening it, the hinge popped out and broke the screen. Luckily, I can still use the computer.

Bought this for my brother in college and he couldn't be happier with it. He is able to do everything on it that he could do with a standard laptop

My 15 year old daughter told me she wanted a chromebook for Christmas. Bestbuy had a amazing selection and the price to go with it. I ended up buy one for her and one for myself.

I wish I could have gotten a new one but this one is just like a new i got a open house because they did not have any more once there was the big sale.. But I'm happy..

Best Buy has just about best price for this item and the computer has met expectations. No issues to report.

I'm very happy with this computer, but very unhappy with the fact that my battery drains almost instantly as soon as it's unplugged. I'm also very displeased with Best buy for recommending what I thought would be a compatible anti virus protection. I have reached out to Best buy but had no answers from them. I could not see the details on the virus protection, before buying.

I use this Chromebook for all my subjects in school. My favorite thing about the Samsung Chromebook is the stylus. This is a must have.

I emailed for curb side pick up and no one came to my car. They kept helping the people that would walk up. Waited a half hour and I had to walk up there. Not happy
