I got this for my son he loves it. It’s lite weight touch screen and has a pen so he can do presentation. This is an amazing laptop

Purchased this for my husband for Christmas. He is technologically challenged, so I tried to keep it as simple a possible to meet his needs. He has learned his way around to do the things he needs to do, which are very basic things. He’s not a gamer, but he watches a lot of YouTube how-to videos, pays bills, etc. I have enjoyed learning how to use it as well

I picked this up on somewhat of a whim when stay at home orders were first announced. It turned out to be a smart buy since the remainder of the school year is now being done via remote. Since both my children's teacher use Google Classroom this has been an excellent device to keep them current in their studies and in regular communication with their teachers. Great battery life, and simple to set up and use. Definitely recommend

I bought this to use on the go and with quick things, like buying tickets or checking prices or weather, due to its size and portability. I liked the tablet like feature with the 180 Monitor flip. I was surprised with 2x usb-c ports but even more surprised it has a usb 3 port as well! Its highly effective and has everything i need including citrix integration. the shortcut buttons on the top are a great feature and you can also set it to use them as function keys if needed.

Minimal use over the last couple of years but today the left hinge broke. It seems like this is a trend with the left hinge breaking. Hopefully Samsung can do something about it to get it fixed. I lost a lot of trust in Samsung Chromebooks today.

I bought this little laptop with the pretense that it converts to a tablet that can use a pen. The BB sales clerk said i could get the pen with the purchase for $99 more. However, after getting my little laptop home, and excited about the pen features, I quickly found out the laptop does not support the use of the pen. I was under the impression the salespeople knew their stuff at Best Buy. However, the laptop is cute and compact. I purchased it for school and wanted it exclusively for writing my homework and research. This computer would be ok for everyday use, but has problems keeping itself together for writing and research purposes. It would shut down and blue screen. For an average little computer it is just fine. Better than a Chromebook or smaller laptop. If you want to use your laptop for research or more than 4 tabs open at any given time, go with a better processor. Just my opinion... Regards and good luck.

It's easy to get the hang of, getting everything personalized was a breeze. And it's fast!

Great for a high school student. Easy to you and touch screen is a great bonus.
