This item replaced my Samsung chromebook I purchased more than five years ago. It is a great replacement. It's very versatile and easy to use. I appreciate the stylist. It's much easier to write on the screen than to type in low light areas.

My first Chromebook and I'm loving it. Super fast and powerful.

My 15 yr old Mac became too out of date to update and was unable to use the Internet without crashing. Knew not of Chromebooks at all...til a friend mentioned them to me. Did my research and picked this one out based on many reviews. Best Buy had the cheapest price of 419$ in store !!! I love it and expect it to last for some years to come.

I really love the chromebook! However, I didn't think this through completely. I still have to use Windows on my work machine. Sometimes there's a bit of confusion for me...going from one to the other. I've had a bit of trouble getting my printer to work with the chromebook. But all in all, it's definitely worth getting away from MS.

This chromebook fits the needs of someone who wants to access the internet and do projects on Microsoft Office. Plenty of space for documents and other files of similar size.

This is currently on clearance on BestBuy.com. I never leave reviews, but I have to put this here for those considering this product. There is a manufacturing defect involving the hinge on this and similar Samsung chromebooks. Through appropriate and normal usage, the hinge may break away from the frame and possibly through the screen. Check other reviews for pictures. Most of the cracked screens from broken hinges are a result of forcing it open or closed after the hinge breaks away from the frame. This is a poorly designed hinge. It is not the only Samsung model with this issue. Samsung and my credit card insurance both refused to accept a claim as they say it is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This is most certainly a defect on the part of Samsung. It is not user negligence or error. If you want to try to get a deal, go for it. It isn't a guarantee that it will happen to you, but if it does, you are out $500.

Decent Chromebook good bang for your buck however there the hinges break after about a year.

The salesman was very helpful in helping make my selection. I asked many questions and he was patient and answered all of them. I'm still learning how to navigate my Chromebook. The Geek Squad was helpful in my learning.

Can t say too much about it. Works good. Got a divorce and the ex wife bought it. So, I'm sure it's great!
