I’ve had some issues with the mousepad on this chrome book, thus the rating I’ve given here.

The mouse is sticking which isn’t something I can deal with. Planning to return the tablet.

I love Samsung, but not this one. I'd opt for the S4 tab or s6 instead.

Had this computer for just over a year and I should have read more reviews before buying. If you plan on using this computer to flip into a tablet frequently...DONT. The hinges are weak and will break, causing the screen to crack. According to Samsung, a cracked screen isn't covered by the warranty, even though it was caused by the plastic bezel around the screen breaking and the hinge breaking through. Basically I got one year of use out of this device and now I have to buy a new one.

I have had this for over a year and have not liked it the entire time. I definitely got bad guidance when I was looking for a new laptop. It is ok for using the internet, but don't try to do anything productive. I cannot open a document in my paid MS 365 subscription. The Google chromebook pushes me to its "version" which has no functionality. Also, not having a delete key is frustrating. I will not buy another Google chromebook!!!

Don’t buy!!! 4month later the battery went bad and constantly the table shall remain plugged. The touch pad mouse got froze and not functioning so I bought a Bluetooth mouse for $25. 8month later the charging cable stop working and spent $49.99 for a new charger. My advice is get an Apple product and you won’t have none of these issues.

Disappointed with this product. After several months while opening it up the left side tightened up and ripped and damaged the screen. Had to purchase a replacement screen.

I purchased this over a year ago and one of the corners of the screen detach and upon trying to open the lid it cracked the corner. The screen was literally coming off.

This chromebook has fallen apart within 30 months...multiple issues, now the charge will not hold. Do Not Buy.

It lasted for 3 1/2 years and then it bit the dust. We are guessing it’s just the battery that has gone out, which doesn’t look that cheap or easy to replace. It’s like cracking open an iPhone to change it. Don’t know if it will survive.

I love Samsung, I buy everything Samsung and this was not my first Samsung laptop but I needed something to take the place of my longterm HP laptop and I ended up picking up this laptop last year for around $349. This Chromebook is great but as I got closer to the 1-year mark for having my Chromebook things started happening like the touch screen now sticks and it will zoom in on everything without you do doing so (annoying) it happens every day. Then the laptop always runs crazy right around the time it needs to be updated but the updates don't flash on the screen you have to go looking for the updates. So realistically this computer will only last for about 1 year. I thought that updates would help the situation but I get nothing. Next, I will be reaching out to Samsung to see what can be done or be wise and buy the geek squad protection.

Seamless experience. Is a Touchscreen & can rotate 180 degrees, and the HD Display is really good.
