It isn't compatible with our carrier and I am outside the refund/return time table according to Best Buy. So I'm stuck with a 200.00 phone. They are aware of the carrier issue but leave the customers unawares. And switching to a new carrier isn't an option.

The customer service as at he Coral Springs store is very satisfactory.
