I bought this for my husband who was an iphone user through and through, he agreed to switch to thr Galaxy Note 20 though because his iphone was living on its last legs. The phone arrived MUCH faster than expected, it is in better condition than expected. The sim port seems to struggle to stay in slightly BUT it doesnt have any problems registering our xfinity mobile cell services. It truly came unlocked. My husband loves the phone now and we put a very sturdy case on it so there are no issues with the sim port. 10/10 considering purchasing one for myself now

Just love this phone! The camera is Amazing. See photo taken of the moon 9/1/23. The fact that it will take a micro sd card still to back up all my photos is the real reason I wont get the newer note phones.

I bought it on July 17th and not even 2 months have passed and the battery is already about to explode and the cell phone no longer works at all.

I purchased this phone as an upgrade to my long-serving Samsung Note9 which started acting relatively slow comparing to new devices. personally, I can't justify spending more than $500 on any smart phone. so the idea of searching on BestBuy for a pre-owned phone was a great option. The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G was the phone of choice Specs: - A stunning 6.9" D-AMOLED display - 12Gb RAM making it ideal for multitasking specially when using the samsung DEX (desktop replacement) - Good camera (not the best) - 128Gb fast storage (I would preferred the 256Gb version but that option wasn't available at the time of purchase), however, with the built-in memory card tray, I added an extra 128Gb SanDisk extreme Pro to have a total of 256Gb of storage. - A single SIM and multiple eSIM's (best of travelers like myself (I currently have added 3 eSIMs and a regular SIM card, the phone can run ONE physical SIM and ONE eSIM concurrently - The phone is relatively large and heavy. while it's easy to hold in hand, It doesn't feel balanced during typing. - The phone arrived with Android 12 but with the first restart it offered and upgrade for Android 13 which is the last update for this phone - The battery life can get you through the day ONLY with Power Saving option turned ON. Overall, I'm so happy with this purchase, for less than $500, I received a phone in like new condition. I do appreciate the opportunity to save money while still enjoying a high-quality device, I would like to suggest including a screen protector pre-installed to protect the investment.

The listing is quite misleading. Its not truly unlocked as it comes with either Verizon or AT&T software on it that cannot be removed. After 3 purchases and exchanges, i found the exact same phone for half the cost on Amazon. I was informed that a third party sells these phones through Best Buy so you dont know what youre getting.

Vibrant display with great colors. Plenty of processing power to get the job done especially with 5G service. Still has the micro sd card for expandable memory, should never get rid of that feature, in my opinion. Cameras take phenominal photos, but would like to have a designated macro lens. The s-pen is neat but haven't utilized it to its fullest extent. Sad to see the note line of phone disappear.

From day one this phone has been a nightmare. A nightmare only lengthened and projected in my dreams by the customer service i received. The phone came with a lovely defect that caused the screen to flicker and then go black. At the beginning it would reset and come back on. Then as time wore on the phone (like a week) it began to not want to reset and stay on with a blacked out screen. That was a magical time for me personally because one of the amazing features of this phone is when the power button is pressed 3 times it sounds an alarm and calls 911. I cant use emojis but there would be the one with "are you kidding me" look. After finally finding the option to turn that off and following a new friendly relationship with our local emergency dispatch unit i called the customer service line. One week after purchase and delivery i had only one week left of eligibility for return or exchange. One Week!!!! I was told to take it to my local best buy, which is an hour away, and theyll exchange it. "Oh thank god" i said....unknowingly getting way too excited about getting a defective product sold by a major company fixed. After 20 or 30 minutes of being on the phone setting up an appointment and making sure i didnt have to drive an hour there and an hour back and leave without a phone. Then have to go back in another week to pick it up. That tedious and languishing conversation with someone who had a less than an expoundable concept of the english language led to the amazing news that because my phone was refurbished i dont qualify for an exchange. "Well what am i supposed to do?" I naively ask. Well you can return it and for a nominal "restocking" fee of $50 we'll send you a refund. Needless to say that option was not viable for me since in my eyes i would be paying this multi million dollar conglomerate 50 bucks to send my broken phone back so they could take it apart plug in the ribbon that probably came loose and resell it again. And who cares if screws up again and messes up someone elses month or who cares that im out money and time and sanity. The almighty dollar controls this and most companies. The customer is never right anymore and there will always be a way to make money even off defective products. This company and all those like it are the bane of customer loyalty and the disintegration of proper business ethics and product responsibility. Beware!!!!!

Phone looks and works great. Only reason we knew it was refurbished is that it did not come in factory packaging.

Beware these are preowned banged up, scratches all over the device including the screen. And as other review mentions not a true unlocked phone, its tied to a carrier!

You would never know it was refurbished. Quality is perfect, i purchased the " excellent " option. Im a full time student, my phone works better than my laptop.

I knew I shouldn't expect much when it comes to a refurbished phone, but this don't took the cake. I can tell both the front and rear glass was replaced as the gaping on this phone is horrible and almost no case will fit unless it is a full covering case, the front glass is actually tinted so I cannot use the auto brightness and must have my screen set to about 75% brightness, and the battery of this phone has been heavily declining since I purchased it four months ago to the point that it has actually expanded the phone a bit and cracked the back glass. I have attempted to file the warranty through best Buy, but they direct you to Samsung who in turns redirects you back to Best Buy.

Takes bad pictures. Sometime good, somtimes out of focus. Will lock unfocus Bad camera. Will not focus.
