Pros Convertible Form Factor Overall build quality Portable, lightweight and thin Screen - Super bright, vibrant and sharp. Responsive touchscreen. Trackpad - Large and smooth Keyboard - Backlit Chrome OS - Huge improvements to tablet mode since I first purchased this Chromebook Neither Pros nor Cons Internal Specs - Great when it came out, but only average now. Newer premium Chromebooks have i3 or better processors and 8GB of RAM, which is really nice. Nonetheless, this system still performs well and is much better than a budget Chromebook. Keyboard - Layout may take some adjustment if you are used to a full-size keyboard, but otherwise fine thereafter. Key "feel" could be better, but isn't bad. Webcam - Chromebooks either have average webcams or terrible webcams. This one is average, which is fine for day-to-day use Speakers - Not the best, but acceptable and commendable for such a small device. Tent Mode - Given the size, this mode is better than tablet mode Cons Tablet Mode - Lightweight and thin, but still too big for extended tablet use. I don't know if I will ever get used to feeling the keyboard when in tablet mode. Battery - Very sensitive to screen brightness. Larger Chromebooks can hit about 12 hours. I'd say this one lasts for between 5 and 8 hours. Not bad, and I guess you can't complain given the sizes of the device, but I was hoping to hit 8 hours reliably. Linux - For nerds only, but no Linux-beta support

The processor on this unit is super fast! I love how easy it is to use.

I really enjoy the laptop feeling this Chromebook provides. The light up keyboard is really nice. As for hardware it's a pleasant device to work with. I did have some problems with chromOS at first being that once in tablet mode you lose the ability to run windows mode. But overall I enjoy the device and hope to see this issue addressed in a feature update.

I really enjoying this purchase. This is perfect for general purpose. I also able to use a drawing program from the playstore and it replaced having a sketchbook! I really enjoy having this.

I don’t use this daily. It does serve its purpose. I have had no problems with it. Screen is good and quality is good. I don’t like the charger though. The part that goes into the wall is heavy and tends to fall out of outlet easily. Other than that it is a good product.

This is a great variant of all the Chromebooks out in the market at this time. I love having both the stylus and touch screen functionalities and use them often. I have used other 2 in 1 laptops before and so far this one is the best.

I purchased this for the most basic use and it has not only met my requirements, but has exceeded them. Great for anyone who is interested in more than just the basics.

Reminds me of my old Note 12.2, but much faster, and as a chromebook, I can remotedesktop to work computers or work from it with ease.

Although making the switch to chromebook has had its challenges the price i was given for an open box with a completely invisible "scratch" was fantastic and the pro is considerably faster than my previous budget laptop.

This is a great item for artists because it comes with an art app installed, which is easy to use. I love that I can switch from a tablet type usage to a lap top type usage.

The best chomebook that I've ever used. If you don't need windows then this is the way to go.

My daughters attend CPS and they use all the google apps and absolutely love how fast it is. This is a great laptop for any age children, but especially for teenagers.

Great Chrome book for a beginner, our son is absolutely happy with our purchase. He is able to do all his homework and protects from school without any problems.
