Amazing sound and easy to set up, i would recommend this to family and friends

Sound quality is great. The Samsung app could be better and provide for more options and controls. Wish the bar itself had a “screen” so I knew what I was adjusting but the verbal description works just as welll. All in all great sound bar.

Awesome soundbar! Great quality and the sound is amazing. No longer need the volume up at a higher level with an older soundbar.

I give this 5 stars because ultimately, I am very satisfied with the product. I also have a significantly superior theater system which was professionally installed (it also cost significantly more than this system). If you desire a truly outstanding theater system, this one may disappoint you, but again, for what I wanted, I am very satisfied. That written, getting the rear speakers working was unexpectedly difficult. I finally found a website discussing Samsung sound system issues and found there's a SmartThings app for that! (Why was this issue not explained in the included instructions?) Downloaded the app on my Samsung phone and the entire sound system works like a charm.

Had a little trouble setting it up (user error), but once we figured it out it has worked amazingly. Love the sound quality and the adaptive setting. The sound bar and woofer are the perfect size and lightweight.

Overall very good! Nice sound and features. The remote is pretty good.

Sound quality is great. Easy setup. Paired easily with both Samsung phones and tv. I would buy a second one

Awesome brand and great soundbar....only reason i give it four instead of five is there is no screen on the soundbar to let u know if it has decoded dolby atmos feature....as of now my only guess is that it flashes 3 times only on dolby atmos formatted shows,series, or movie content

By far the best Soundbar system at a fraction of the cost. Boughtvthis as a open box item for half the cost of new and all I can say is the sound is awesome. I previously had a all in one bar and this system blows that one away. Samsung is the way to go

I’m really impressed with this soundbar! The sound quality is crisp and clear, with deep bass and great balance across all ranges. It’s easy to set up, pairs quickly with my devices, and has made a huge difference in my movie and music experience. Definitely a great value for the price—highly recommended!

Don't buy open box even if its claimed to be excellent. I didn't receive remote or most of the cables. Only received one out of three power cables and no hdmi cable. Was able to buy power cables cheap online and use Bluetooth conection to avoid lack of hdmi. I was able to get around no remote since my tv is also Samsung. I tried to get them to send me replacements but they insisted I go in to a store even though I bought online. They most likely would have just had me return it and I would have lost Labor day sale price so I decided to keep it. Overall not a great experience.

My goodness, I couldn't have been happier about the choice I made buying this surround sound system. It roars and has the perfect sound for action movies or any movie-even nature documentaries.

The Samsung sound bar is pure excellence I can’t believe much how better the quality of sound is when watching Tv or listening to music through the Bluetooth connection.
