    We have had this player for about one year. We bought ours new from Best Buy in Westminster. We do not have a HD TV, so we are waiting to upgrade when the technology is a little less expensive. We have watched many DVD's on this player, and have not had a single hiccup or skip while playing a DVD movie. A few weeks ago, we bought our first blue ray movie! Sadly, this player fails to play it, and we have tried other blue ray discs in it also and all stop playing or freeze up within 5-30 mins of playing. We have had no help from Samsung tech support. Bummed in SoCal.
