I am very satisfied with my purchase of the samsung frane tv...delivrry was timely and customer service was outstanding.

Opened the box to install the TV today and discovered that the vendor had not included the slim fit mounting bracket and hardware that are supposed to come with this Samsung Frame TV! Called Best Buy and they said they couldn’t help me and I would have to contact some third party vendor because this was a ‘marketplace’ item! No response from the marketplace vendor! Very disappointed in Best Buy, who should take some responsibility for an item I thought I was purchasing from them. I am not a satisfied customer, feel like I got ripped off!

Our experience with purchasing this has been negative. Although the tv arrived fine, the wall mount was missing. I have been in a never ending email correspondence with Beach Camera (an independent vendor) about this missing mount. I contacted them and they tried to argue that the mount wasn’t supposed to be included. I had to send them their own product description for them to agree. They never respond when they say they will, I have to follow up every time, they have different Customer Service reps offering different things, giving me different solutions. And clearly none of them work because we still don’t have the mount. It’s been weeks. It’s been a mess and now I’m experiencing radio silence from them. Can someone from Best Buy please ensure I get this mount? This has been bonkers.

Wall mount wasn't included although it was specifically advertised with it. Best Buy won't do anything to help since it was bought through them, not from them. Was bought through one of their marketplace sellers. Seller not responsive.
