Defective software update process.

The phone cannot successfully complete the required system update (Android 15 / One UI 7.0). After each installation, it incorrectly prompts to install the same update again, creating an endless cycle. As this is a clear malfunction, I am returning the device under the defective product/hardware return policy.

Only scratches it has on it is just down by the charger port so I am pretty satisfied! It definitely beats payi g full price for sure!
