Defective software update process.

The device is stuck in a software update loop and is defective.
The phone cannot successfully complete the required system update (Android 15 / One UI 7.0). After each installation, it incorrectly prompts to install the same update again, creating an endless cycle. As this is a clear malfunction, I am returning the device under the defective product/hardware return policy.

I was so excited that I found this phone at such a fabulous price. So sad no matter how much my Provider tried to get to connect this phone to them it would not connect. I had to return to the shipper.

I was a little suspicious buying a used phone but it connected to my carrier without issues and it looks nice! Only scratches it has on it is just down by the charger port so I am pretty satisfied! It definitely beats payi g full price for sure!
