It has definitely improved my motivation in working out as it keeps track of steps heartrate and calories seemlessly. Exercises are tracked at a push of a button. Currently training to run for a marathon when I haven't been running for a looooong time. Oh, amongst other things, it also keeps track of time strangely enough.
