Although its been only a month that I have used my refurbished ph but the hardware of the ph has been spec-less. However, as with any old or refurbished ph and generally with s6, the battery is questionable and short living.

I like the phone and the many options such as taking great pictures and when making or receiving calls, the sound is very clear. One complaint is trying to connect the phone to the PC to transfer files to or from the phone. I have called Samsung support twice and got help with the connection. The problem is that every time I connect the phone to the PC, the computer has to reload the phone drivers. The problem may be my PC but not sure on that.

Most of my complaints revolve around BestBuy's policies. The phone itself is a nice looking phone and felt great in my hand, nice weight, nice size. Now onto the real problems - I ordered this phone based on it being unlocked. Paid extra for speedy shipping and that's where things started to go wrong. Shiping was pushed one day. When the phone arrived I charged it, then found the major flaw...it was NOT unlocked. I called customer service and came to the realisation I needed to return the phone. Now things really went off the rails because they were still going to charge me a re-stocking fee, despite this being THEIR problem not mine. Based on all of this, I'd say skip BestBuy online. Go to the store where you can check right away to see if the phone is what they say it is.

It is in fact a great phone. Got it for $275 refurbished. Although I returned it I needed to save some money. If you can get it for the same price go for it. It was on pristine condition like it was not used at all

After having a early Samsung smartphone its so much better to have a much better phone now. Better memory and updated browser and now I can use my antivirus protection on this phone too.

I bought the refurbished one. It came in excellnet condition. This mobile working good so far. Got it for less price nearly 290 bucks including taxes.

Refurbished phone works as well as a new a phone. I have had no problems with the phone.

This is a great product, I have been very pleased with the camera and the ease of use. Overall the phone is a great buy.

too many add on apps,only use it when i am out of country. good for what i need. best for younger generation

This was a refurbished S6. All was good except a few nicks and scratches on the edge of the phone.

I wanted a Galaxy S6 but didn't want to pay full price, so I decided to give this one a chance. I thought it would show sign of use but no, when I opened the package the phone looked 100% new. I have owned it for 2 months now and it works perfect.

Purchased the phone to give to a friends as a present. The phone is in Colombia. It seems to work great internationally with Tigo, Moviestar or Claro network. Gave it the rating because the phone worked outside the US and its not in my possession.

I purchased this Samsung Galaxy S6 refurbished. When I first got it it looked brand new and worked just as good as it looked. For the price I paid I was very pleased. Its truly awesome!

I got this phone activated with Metropcs service. It's a great phone, it just started tweaking after a few weeks. The split screen just keep splitting every few minutes making it hard to navigate at time. Otherwise that, worth the buy.

This phone is smack! Even though it is a refurbished. I probably could enter even tell you if it was or not out of the box.

The only thing I'm hesitant about is, once in a while the screen goes a little dim. I hope its not the beginning of a problem. But at this time its tolerable.

The Price it's ok, Excelent condition except the battery do not last to long, (aprox 36 hrs). It is a refurbished item)

Great Samsung Smartphone, though the battery is not lasting even a day after nine months of use.
